We visited on a cold, rainy Sunday afternoon?perfect weather for book browsing ???and were delighted by the shop?s extensive selection. Finding the books I was looking for was effortless, thanks to the well-organized, alphabetically arranged shelves ?. The store is tidy, inviting, and has a wonderfully cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay and explore ??. A fantastic place for any book lover!

The sales person was very kind, gentle and empathetic. Since english is my second language , he helped me choose right book and gave me consent to read the first few lines as well. God bless him and this shop.

Awful experience an older lady was at the till too busy entertaining a homeless man to even help me.
When she finally did serve me even though I was waiting in the que she kept serving other people before me.
I needed a book ordered she ended up ordering the wrong book then continued to go ahead and flirt with homeless man.

I went into this store for the very first time after seeing a few people talk good of the store then I went in today and had a read of some of the books slowly picking out which ones I wanted, the store staff were very kind to me and told me I could look upstairs when I asked and what's up there, suggested me some new books by authors I had picked out other books from then offered me a Waterstones card to get discounts and all now I'm at home with my new purchases!

I have visited this store on a number of occasions and always found the staff friendly and helpful. They really know the books as well so can give some good recommendations. Definitely worth a visit.
