Clueless staff here. The lady issued a faulty sim that proved to be duplicate, never sent a bill, and I spent 3 hours in another store getting the problem rectified.

I have been a long term Vodafone user. i visited the Vodafone store in Harrow as my old phone broke. The assistant, Saachika, was very helpful. She recommended a good deal on a new phone and was very helpful in getting it all set up.

Staff member very unprofessional, I went to the shop with 40 minutes prior to closing time and one of the staff was holding the door closed and eventually another customer had to exit the store and he opened the doors and asked me what I need, I did told him that i need a new sim and the customer service on the phone told me to go to the nearest shop with my ID and they would give me a new sim but that guy started inventing stuff like they need to see the phone and the old sim to do that, just bullshit so he could close the shop earlier. If you can avoid that shop.

I was in this store today. I wanted to change my name (I tried to do it online but they have some problem) The man in the store had no idea what I was asking him and was clearly very tired from the conversation with me, he stated that it can't be done in the store.

I am a vodafone customer for almost 3 years i have never treated like this, a staff member called hafssa. Yesterday I came to the shop 15 mins before closing. We were being serviced with Abi, he was very kind and polite and was patient with us as the process took a long time and a problem with the system delayed it. hafsa on the other hand she was being impatient with us and giving us a hurry look and kept nagging to Abi to hurry up infront of us, she was speaking to him in her language aswell. Her attitude was very inappropriate. We felt pressured and did not like the way she was treating us. Today morning we came to order a new item. She was STILL showing us the same attitude again. She didn?t approach us in a friendly way and we asked her to talk to us closer as she was shouting from the distance ?hi what do you need? with attitude. And she refused to come closer and told us to go over to her. Shes very rude and got no manners.

I had possibly one of my worst costumer service experience that I can think of.
I visited the store to ask more details about an upgrade I wanted to do after checking the same upgrade from website. Mind getting a contract from this store because they will try to scam you into getting more expensive plans and if you have done your research and know that you can have a cheaper one their excuse will be that they can?t access the website offer. Like what? That doesn?t make sense. But clearly they don?t want people to visit the store and ask for help.

We had great experience at Vodafone store. I brought new phone and sim from vodafone and specially thank you to Deena who work over there. She give us very nice deal and she explained very well and proper way(even stayed passed closing time). It was great visit overall. Thank?s aging ?

Today I presented with a problem, which was promised to be solved, I explained that problem again, and all I got was a rude conversation, moreover, the supervisor tried to kick me out... And I felt assaulted by 2 of the staff of this shoop.. Shame, shame on the staff there..
