Clueless staff here. The lady issued a faulty sim that proved to be duplicate, never sent a bill, and I spent 3 hours in another store getting the problem rectified.

I have been a long term Vodafone user. i visited the Vodafone store in Harrow as my old phone broke. The assistant, Saachika, was very helpful. She recommended a good deal on a new phone and was very helpful in getting it all set up.

Staff member very unprofessional, I went to the shop with 40 minutes prior to closing time and one of the staff was holding the door closed and eventually another customer had to exit the store and he opened the doors and asked me what I need, I did told him that i need a new sim and the customer service on the phone told...
