Appalling customer service. I rang their head office to complain also. I am 9+ months pregnant (pretty obvious) & I wear a massive badge to confirm it, with a 1 year old in a pram, I went into the store for the staff to ignore for 20mins - didn?t even acknowledge that I?d come in. I left & returned 30min later to again be ignored so I spoke to a member of staff myself to say that I just needed nose beds replaced (a 2min job) she said ?no ones available for 30mins?. No apology, didn?t even offer me a seat to wait. If she reads this, she will know who she is? woman to woman have some common curtesy for a heavily pregnant woman, learn some manners or if thats too much to ask, learn the ?customer services? part of your job. I?m going back to the store again & will report my experience - attempt 2.

Would give less cancling a child appointment that was made a month inadvance with less than 30mins notice claming not enough staff walking past 1hr later was full of staff and customers ??

Worst place poor customer service, they sell low quality products which break in months from purchase and offer no repairs and ask you to buy a new pair of glasses, avoid at all cost

I walked in today to enquire the person in the front desk something (Ellina is her name she said not sure )was so rude and walked away without even answering properly.The customer service was pathetic not worth stepping into the store.

Worse customer service. Got a message to say my glasses were ready for collection but not in store. Just the whole experience has been horrible and would recommend people not to waste their time with this store.

If you can ever get through on the phone, that's a start! I had the same experience with their Oxford Street branch - could never get through on the phone to book an appointment, on top of the general shoddy service, I decided to finally take my custom elsewhere!
