We visited harrow place to buy some timber and were asked to cut itourselves due to health and safty policies. being inexperenced, we were struggling with the task. One of the staff members, Glenn, noticed and kindly stepped in to help. He took the time to understand our requirement and assisted us with over 30 cuts , all without us even asking. Truely outstanding service - Glenn was incredibley helpful and went above and beyond. Brilliant person.

Visited this branch for a click and collect. (The item was not sold in other retailers). The staff here are very helpful and polite. Prices are very reasonable too. I was very impressed with the service. Will definitely visit again!

I work here so I can understand if people think I'm biased. However I know how the staff really do work hard in getting it right for our customers. We also have a tool hire section. Great prices and plenty of the banter with regular customers.

HONESTLY I CAN NOT BELIEVEI SPEND WITH THIS BRANCE NEARLY ABOUT 4K A WEEK I RANG UP THE OFFICE AND SAID WE GONNA BY 12:00 THERE I RANG UP 11:30 THAT MY DRIVER IS 25 MINS AWAY THE DRIVER ARRIVED 12:04 AND THEY DID NOT EVEN WAIT GIVING THEM MORE THEN 10K A MONTH BUSINESS !!!!I HAVE GIVEN THEM FULL LIST WHAT NEED TO COME AND COLLECT NO WORDS FOR THIS SERVICE !!!!!!!

It's ok , the yard is small and it doesn't offer plenty of parking spaces so access might be restricted for a few minutes untill someone drives out before you can go in !
