The aircon is not working, they provide you with a fan and a portable heater. This should be mentioned when booking. WiFi is only free for 30min. Staff were indifferent to rude. The room was clean, but on the small side. Missing coat hooks, there's hardly space to hang anything. The location is good, close to Harrow Town, lots of food options, but you'll have to put up with road noise. I'd book again if it's a cheap price and not in summer.

Extremely disappointing experience.
The staff is shockingly rude and shows zero concern for customers. The coffee machine has been out of order for over three weeks and nobody bothers to address it. When raised, the staff?s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. To make matters worse, the dinner served was uncooked with raw vegetables ? completely unacceptable for any restaurant/hotel.
This place clearly has no respect for customer service or basic quality standards. Strongly recommend avoiding until they seriously improve their management and staff behavior.

This hotel is the worst we've stayed in. From the lack of a friendly welcome to the poor breakfast. We were kept waiting to check in, when the staff arrived she was surly and miserable. The pull out bed wasn't long enough for our adult daughter. The bed wasn't against a wall so the pillow kept falling off the end of the bed. The hanging space for clothes was over the head space of the second pull out bed! There wasn't anywhere else to hang clothes, so ours stayed in our bags. The breakfast was very poor ( we were kept waiting again to be seated and again the staff member was miserable). Most of the breakfast needed refilling. I asked for oat milk as the menu ( which made the breakfast sound delicious!) stated that it was available. She looked at me like I was stupid and told me t he milk was there. I repeated that I'd like oat milk and she walked off. The coffee machine wasn't working. The pastries needed refilling. I had to ask again for the pastries to be replaced as the pancakes were hard. She walked off again She returned with 2 cups of Hot milk!!!! Eventually, she refilled the pastries but her attitude was appalling. I don't know why people do these jobs if they don't like them. Hospitality is an important job and need staff who enjoy their job and make people feel welcome. We went to the bar for a drink and my husband had to return his pint as it tasted awful and was completely flat. The hotel is on a very busy, noisy road with paid parking over the road. (£15.50 for 24 hours). We checked out as soon as we could. We've never stayed in a Travelodge before, we usually stay in Premier Inn, and they are always very good with lovely breakfasts. We'd never stay in a Travelodge again.

Nice modern Travelodge.
The room i had wasn't very big, but big enough for a nights stay.
Check in was easy. Friendly staff.
Car park across the road (Chargeable)
I had a good relaxing sleep.
The shower wasn't the most powerful but all good.
This was my second stay at this hotel.

It was what you expect from a travel lodge.
Staff were friendly, food good, lots of restaurants on the doorstep.
Just a shame about the car park, you have to use phone plus only choice is 1hr or 24hrs, this isn't to reflect on the hotel but something to think about when booking.

Subject: Concern Regarding Staff Behaviour and Customer Service
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the behaviour of a particular staff member since the very beginning of my sister?s stay at your establishment. This individual has consistently been rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional towards my sister.
Most recently, when my sister expressed interest in extending her stay, the staff member responded in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, stating that it would be ?too expensive? and that I would need to send an email to her boss. Such a comment not only reflects poor customer service but also portrays the organisation in an unfavourable light.
In my opinion, this approach is counterproductive to good customer relations and does not align with the standards one would expect from a reputable organisation. If I were in a managerial position, I would consider placing this staff member under review or initiating disciplinary procedures to address this behaviour.
I trust that you will investigate this matter promptly and take the appropriate action to ensure a more professional and welcoming environment for all clients.

Arianna on reception actually gave excellent service. I had complained about the room above being noisy late at night and not only did she go to ask them to stop (which they didn't) but she personally came to check on me around 10/1030pm and then made sure I got a different room
