Room was fine location is terrible, parking situation is appalling especially having to walk down the high street with all your belongings service was down right rude and disgusting, I stay in Travelodge every week due to work after this experience will probably change hotel chain

UPDATE: The room was very clean so a bit harsh maybe with score and very big. Received a full refund due to issues below so I think it is fair and I was reassured issues were dealt with.
Very poor experience. Duvet not on bed. Expected to put on myself. Toilet wouldnt slush. Sink plug wouldnt come out. Fire alarm went off at 5am and had to evacuate. No staff to meet us at muster point. Absolutely dreadful.

Quite a spacious view, facing a massive lean-to roof and some high rise appartment blocks, on the map it's due Northeast, the bit in between Travelodge and London Road. The room was unusually big for a standard double, it would be big enough to be filled as a family room.

Ruby in reception very friendly and helpful. Rooms usual great Travelodge quality. Parking is available at the carpark nearby, chargeable, but only a few minutes walk to the hotel. Also undercover if the weather is bad. Highly recommend.

Location is great, but there is no refreshment and drinking water in room .and some place on wall are not proper paint . Bed and mettras is best and relexable .overall good experiance .

Definitely not the worst place I?ve stayed but definitely some cons, the keycards take forever to work to open the doors to the hallway. DONT USE THE SHAMPOO IN THE BATHROOM! We were able to open the container for the shampoo and it was all mouldy, the shampoo was literally brown from the mould and chunks of mould was just floating in there?? we couldn?t open the one for the soap but we didn?t even attempt to use either of them?. Rooms were a nice size but we were expecting air conditioning like they advertised, what they mean by that is a small fan 7 feet from the bed?.. we paid over £700 for 4 nights at the hotel, worth it? Definitely not, we were expecting more for the price?.

Horrific experience here.
Told the food service was open when we arrived 7:30 - thought great saves us going back out after a full day in London so we were tired. Dropped our bags off and went back and Sat down waited for someone to come take our order, to be told the only thing they had on the menu available was burger, chips and scampi bites or falafel.
Travelled with my daughter (9) awoken by someone trying our door at 2am. He had been told he was in the same room as us as he?d just checked in allegedly.
Kids running up and down corridors until midnight shouting and screaming.
The Fan (which was needed due to oppressive heat and no air circulating in the room ) actually blew up in the night.
Kettle didn?t work
Lamp didn?t work
Main light didn?t work.
TV Remote had no batteries
Bathroom absolutely filthy and toilet had not been cleaned.
Went to reception - no staff manning it.
Couldn?t open the window due to large gatherings of men outside the window in the square being noisy etc
06:30am woken by repeated banging on our door - some random gentleman waving his toothbrush at me.
Voucher for parking didn?t work .
The only saving grace for this place is its location, right next to the tube station and easy to drive to.
Worst Travelodge I have ever stayed in.
Do NOT recommend.

Just arrived and we just want to get out of here rooms are disgusting. Filthy everywhere. Rooms have supposably been upgraded not a chance paid 250 a night and not worth 50. Can't wait to get out of here but we are stuck here for 2 nights .hell.

AVOID THIS TRAVELODGE IF ITS WARMER THAN 15 DEGREES OUTSIDE!
The is a glorified hostel. The rooms were so muggy and warm with no air conditioning, only a small plug in fan in the corner of the room barely blowing hot air around along with all the built up dust inside. If it?s warm outside avoid this place, you will bake inside.
Very uncomfortable. They really need some from of air conditioning like they have in the reception area. It was so warm in the room that, as a safety precaution our phones stopped charging due to it been too hot. Also no fan in the bathroom to vent out the steam which adds more heat to the room. The only thing that this place has going for it, is the location. It?s about 15 mins walk from Wembley stadium.

If you get a top floor room expect a night from hell, more literary. Those rooms do not go below 25.c no air conditioning or fans available and windows open an inch onto a noisy main road. Staff were unable to help. Breakfast is also just a set of burnt items.

The room is large but cleanliness of the toilet is much to be desired. Hairs can be found on the floor and dirt on bathtub. No air-con in room and more ridiculously, WiFi is limited for only 30 minutes. The only advantage of the hostel is its location. Not recommended because the room doesn?t worth the price.
