Having received a lovely service on Friday afternoon, today's service left A LOT to be desired! Friday a nice kind gentleman handed me my reserved order and assisted in carrying the 6 x 5 litre tubs of fence paint to my car. Today I returned 4 of the tubs as I'd purchased the wrong colour! (I paused between applying the first and second tub (which I'd already poured into my sprayer) so I only had 4 to return. I was called over to another desk (I was stood at the click and collect counter to collect my additional order) no sooner did he call me over, he wandered off! On his return i explained my situation, he proceeded to explain that the pots hadn't been returned in the same condition HE had given them to me. (Erm, YOU didn't serve me!) He proceeded to check each pot, then went for another member of staff to check them again. I assured them they had not been opened. Second member of staff explained why they were checking them, I understood completely. But the first guy who served me still displayed a full level of concern over my honesty! The 2nd member of staff ok'd the return, so 1st guy prepared the rest of my order. I was leaving with 10 tubs of paint. He didn't offer to assist, he didn't smile once and left me wondering if I had a face that simply couldn't be trusted. Then he handed me several tubs where the seal had been opened assuring me that were fine!?! Just so rude!!

BE AWARE CUSTOMER ?? Fraud shop I bought few item and I returned one item same time on 2 /1/2025 the lady serve me called Vanisha W I paid contactless by my phone I got the receipt
I ask to refund the money she ask her friend to do the refund he press button in the keyboard without telling me to but my phone on the contactless machine for refunds after I ask her have you refunded the money she said done . after 10 days I checked my account no money been returned I went to the shop and after 2 weeks of investigation they said I used different card for refund and all what I have only one account number under my name and one card . why they refund the money to different card why not to the same card or contactless I paid with why all this hassle why steeling our hard working time and money . I provide refunds receipt and image from the shop email which they admitted the money goes to different account
