Always a pleasure to visit Ian at Toni & Guy Harrow. The staff are very friendly and there?s a lovely relaxing atmosphere in the salon. As well as being professional, talented, extremely knowledgeable, Ian is such a lovely person. I hope the powers that be for the Harrow store realise what a valuable asset he is to them.

Tony and Guy Harrow only deserved 10s 10s 10s across the board. The booking process was simple and the representative answered questions thoughtfully pairing my desires with the perfect stylist in Timea. Upon arrival I was warmly greeted and make comfortable with Tony and Guy literature, namely their House of Tony and Guy archive to secure some last minute inspiration. The salon was spotless and the atmosphere was joyful in spirit and the energy lent to the comfortability needed to take boldly change one?s style. Timea and I had a detailed and thoughtful brainstorm ahead of the service where we collaborated on my ideas and style with her experience and technical knowledge to produce the exact cut and style I was looking for. The best part, other than the mandatory selfie at the end of another fabulous trip, was the shiatsu massage with the hair wash. Timea recommend a Label M deep conditioning treatment that has left the end result of my hair feeling so much healthier and with great visual impact. The price point for this wash, treatment, cut, blow dry and style was excellent value for money as someone to derives a lot of confidence from their hair styling. I can?t wait to return in a couple of months for the experience alone but I have my amazing new hair cut to whip around London! All in all and incredible service at an incredible salon. Toni and guy Harrow is the only hairdresser i truly trust and love. The staff are so welcoming and friendly even though they're busy. I've been visiting for 10 years now and I love hearing so many other clients have been going there for so long. The salon is always clean and tidy the staff are well presented.
Actually my favourite thing is during the consult both Ian and Timea listened to my ideas and suggested things that really suited me.

I had a great experience at tony and guy.This was my second time coming in for a blow dry, and once again, I really appreciated the warm and welcoming staff. The stylist her name is DELCY who did my blow dry was gentle, calm, and styled my hair perfectly. I would definitely recommend tony and guy to anyone looking for a professional and pleasant blow dry experience.

Where do I begin to say how much I love this salon! I have been going to Toni & Guy Harrow for over 10 years. Everything from blow drys to cuts to colour I?ve had done there. The salon itself is clean and beautiful and all staff have always been so friendly and accommodating. I had my 4th balayage with Ian yesterday which took eight hours! Every single step of the way he talked me through the process and explained it all in detail so I felt at ease and up to date with what was being done. He also gave me space to say what I wanted. There is no one in the world that I would trust and feel comfortable colouring my hair but him. Along with this Lorna is the only person I would ever trust to cut my hair. I can easily say for both of them - I can show them a photo and they match exactly that. Can?t thank the team enough!

All staff were amazing! Very attentive, had a very enjoyable coffee and could not have been happier with my haircut. Timea really listened to how I?d like my hair to look, was very professional and was a complete perfectionist! The shampoo girl was lovely and made me feel very comfortable. This salon isn?t local to me but I wouldn?t go anywhere else now.

The environment was very calm and relaxing, as soon as I stepped in I felt really comfortable and at ease. (I'm someone who gets anxious at salons as someone with short hair and masculine presenting and have had many negative experiences in different salons) I finally found what I was looking for! Lara was such a professional, warm and approachable stylist, she understood me straight away and I was really happy with the results, she also has a barbering qualification. Definitely going back

Toni and Guy Harrow have been my go-to salon for at least 20 years. I wouldn't trust anywhere else with my hair! I moved out of the area but am more than happy to travel over an hour to Harrow to get great results. Ian is a master, he understood the look I was going for and worked his magic to the extent that I now leave it completely to him to decide what to do next. Lorna is brilliant and has got my cut just right! It's a real treat to go there, great people, great salon, I couldn't recommend the team more highly and I definitely wouldn't go anywhere else!

I used T&G Harrow for 10/12 years and now I used the Hitchin branch. Quality cuts from friendly staff with a drink thrown into the mix! You really can't go wrong. 5 stars!

Really great salon, always have a wonderful experience there. Ian does a great job with my hair colour and Lorna my hair cut every time I go there. She always listens what cut I want and never cuts more than what I ask for, giving me advice as to what style would suit me best. They always offer you something to drink and everyone is so very friendly and warm, make you feel at home. They greet me with happy faces all the time.
I?ve been going there for years and after a visit l always receive compliments about my hair.
I highly recommend Ian, Lorna and the team at Harrow Toni & Guy! Thank you for being amazing!

I had a hair treatment and dyed today 12.03.2024 from a bleached hair with shades of brick-yellow, the gentleman who works there IAN is his name made me a beautiful natural color. I am very satisfied with the result. My advice is :don't go to all the salons that don't know what to do and you end up with damaged hair and you don't get the color you want either, I recommend Tony and Guy Harrow,go there and book your service with Ian,he feels what you want and how you would like to look without much explanation Thank you very much for your good service.
