Always a pleasure to visit Ian at Toni & Guy Harrow. The staff are very friendly and there’s a lovely relaxing atmosphere in the salon. As well as being professional, talented, extremely knowledgeable, Ian is such a lovely person. I hope the powers that be for the Harrow store realise what a valuable asset he is to them.
