If you ever go to the shoe section in the store, meet Abdullah. I found him very humble and efficient in his job. He was always up for helping customers, especially older adults. He helped me find the correct shoe size.

Do not order click and collect here, you will wait 35 minutes. I notified a member of staff, asked 2 other times but observed 35 other people served at the tills when my order is bagged and ready to go. Unfortunately nobody cares here. Never experienced this at any TK max location in the 17 years I've been shopping with them. Immediately had to return a £59.99 umbrella from my click & collect order (which was a gift) because it was not packaged appropriately and completely bent and damaged. Very poor experience and careless.

Designer clothes at slightly cheaper prices but not all. Be careful as some garments are not perfect, hence being cheaper.

I recently visited TK Maxx in Harrow and had a somewhat mixed experience. The store itself was well laid out, making it easy to browse, and as always, the prices were quite good for the variety of products available. However, my experience at the checkout was disappointing. The staff member at checkout two was not very helpful and didn?t seem cheerful at all, which made the checkout process feel a bit unwelcoming. While the store itself is great for bargains, the customer service could definitely be improved.
