Very disappointing staff. When you ask them something they would tell u to see it yourself on the three app. When I asked them to help me with the details of my account they were so unbothered to help and even to work. Even though I have a direct debit setup, I still pay for my monthly bills manually because they fail to take the payment on time which then affects my credit score. This branch of Three has very unbothered and uncaring staff.

Pretty stressed out staff. Working behind the doors seems like they afraid. Told guy to give a new free sim to replace an esim tried to push me into contract.

I had a terrible experience at Three Store. They had no idea what was happening with my order, and their staff seemed completely unorganized. To make things worse, they gave my device to someone else for checking without even verifying their ID! This is a serious security issue and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

We're happy to say that we recieved excellent service from Saadat who was so friendly and approachable yet professional. My experience at Three the last time was not very pleasant
(I.e: Staff were not professional -Won't take names) so coming in to be treated the way Saadat treated us today was so refreshing and the information provided was very beneficial. It would be great to have more staff like him. Thank You Saadat and keep up the good work.

Poor customer service both in-person and online. So unhelpful. They won?t serve me without a passport or a drives license.. I don?t have either. Won?t accept an Evisa or BRP.. rubbish

Never been to this store but theee has the worst customer service online I have ever experienced. Sent things to wrong address multiple times after reassurance on the phone it wouldn?t happen again and then spend hours on hold to resolve anything

I recently visited the Harrow, Saint Annes Road store to cancel my service. The store manager, Chris, was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional. He misinformed me about the cancellation process and then refused to help me resolve the issue. I had to call customer service myself to get the problem sorted out. The entire experience was very frustrating and I would not recommend this store to anyone.
