Absolutely fantastic?I had been planning a total refurbishment on my house and knew I wanted to tile the entire downstairs in one single concrete tile.I had gone round lots of different tile shops but got the feeling all they wanted to do was just sell me any tiles.Not so with The Porcelain Yard they we?re interested in my project ideas and suggested options for me to consider and even mocked up parts of my kitchen cabinetry to make sure I could see the effect of the tiles against my kitchen.Over the next few months ( I really didn?t make a quick decision) on my very numerous visits they were patient with my ever changing ideas going over the same ground with me without making me feel that I needed to rush.At onetime I was close to opting for a tile that was pretty expensive and they then brought me lots of different similar look tiles that cost less but gave me the perfect look I was after, they didn?t want the higher value sale they guided me to what was best for me and my wallet.Eventually I placed my order and they held on to the tiles until my builder was finally ready to collect.This morning I went back into the shop as I needed one extra tile and as soon as I walked in was greeted with ? how?s it all looking? Are your builders finished? And are you happy with it?? They remembered the tiles I?d brought and actually didn?t even charge me for the extra tile!.I would highly recommend The Porcelain Yard for anybody looking for Tiles! Thank you.

Excellent customer care and cost effective.I am currently renovating my home and of all of the suppliers we have used to get various things, the Porcelain Yard is by far the greatest. I cannot state enough how welcoming, efficient and friendly their service has been. From the beginning in choosing tiles from the wide range that is available; AJ, Buz and Julie were hands on in helping me to decide which tile would be best suited to the décor of my home.The quality of the tiles are superb and I am happy with the tiles I have chosen as they are both strong and beautiful. I appreciate that Julie took the time to go through with me exactly how many tiles I would need and looked at options to help me save money.I am very thankful for the ease, efficiency, cost and honesty of their service. I have since recommended the Porcelain Yard to friends undertaking renovations as far as Manchester and they have had a similar experience with the service they have received. If I were to round up this service in a few words it would be- excellent customer care and cost effective.

Bash and Juli have made our home renovation choices so pleasant and stress free because of their experience in the industry. Ajaz and all the staffs were wonderful and gave us sound advise without forcing us into anything. We got there having a rough idea of what we were looking for and within 20mins we have found our tiles with some help of course! I would recommend them to anyone and will come back again if more DIY is needed.
