I went to purchase a perfume. Double charged because their pdq machines not working properly. Looks like a normal thing for them to have issues with their payment system as is not the first time having problems with it. Very unhappy, and I will never buy anything anymore from them. I do not recommend!!!

I visited The Perfume Shop in Harrow again on 17th of November 2024 in the afternoon, and was, once again, thoroughly impressed by the fantastic customer service provided. The entire team, including Sameena, Nicoleta, and Ana-Maria, were warm, welcoming, and truly client-focused. However, I must give special recognition to Sameena, who has assisted me on numerous occasions.
Sameena?s service is consistently outstanding. She is incredibly attentive, polite, and patient, taking the time to ensure I find exactly what I'm looking for without ever making me feel rushed. Her product knowledge and genuine passion for helping customers are truly incommendable.

Always an amazing experience! The staff are amazing. Especially Pameena ! She is FANTASTIC even if I don?t need a parfum I would go and buy one just because she?s there and she?s recommending me the best ones. I have bought dior sauvage, mont blanc Explorer from this store. However of them is a parfam but doesn't last much. I don't trust this store any more for whatever products they sale. Customer service is good, girls are very attentive towards their customer but this is something with the products which they're are selling.

I had a good experience and received high quality customer service from Harlene. She was very helpful and was very patient, especially considering how difficult I was as a customer as I kept asking to test different perfumes and she was very happy to do each perfume. She picked out good perfumes as I was unsure which perfume to go for and had great advice about the type of perfume I might like (I wanted a new perfume from the ones I have bought in the past). I hope she is always in store whenever I go as she is my favourite person to go to when looking for a perfume.

I used the Refill service for the 1st time for alien classic perfume and it was an extreme nightmare and rubbish experience. Perfume doesn't smell like the original one at all and didn't last on my skin more than 1hr, original Alien Perfume used to stay at least 5hrs. I went the next day to complain, both manager of the stor and online support kept on sending me back and forth to each other, I paid £55 for a rubbish quality of Perfume and rubbish handling the complain. Don't go or use this store at all, you will definitely regret it

If I could rate this zero stars I would but sadly it will be one. This bad review is based on the ludicrous return policy where you can not return the perfume if opened. I bought my mother a perfume for Christmas we?re all she did was take of the plastic wrapping and did not even spray it just sniffed it. She said that she had one similar so we placed it neatly in the box both still looking brand new the only thing it was missing was the clear wrapping. We go to return said perfume and we are essentially not allowed to return it as there is not plastic wrapping even though I had the receipt and it had never been sprayed. This policy is idiotic as it does not factor in gift giving as shown in my example of events. What sort of perfume shop won?t exchange a perfume based on there not being a clear plastic wrapping even though the perfume and box were still in pristine condition.
