I have NEVER had a problem seeing a doctor. I suffer with a chronic and debilitating illness and cannot speak highly enough of them all.I will NEVER change surgeries and can not personally recommend the doctors, nurses and surgery staff enough. They saved my life, literally.You have and are continuing to, save my life so personally, a MASSIVE thank you.USE PATCHES IF YOU CANT GET AN APPOINTMENT!!!!Daniel Flower

What is the point of this practice? I try calling today at 8am, it rings once then goes to a pre-recorded message. When I call again it doesn't even ring!!Since last week I try calling at 9am and at 3pm, it again doesn't ring. Seriously what is the point of even registering here?!I would give it 0 stars if I could!!

A receptionist named Paula really helps me with my hearing impediment, she ensures that I have face time face instead of calls and she checks in with me to see if I understood what my doctor has said since I don?t always ask them to repeat what they said. She?s is really helpful and understanding. If you are a deaf patient, you should honestly ask for Paula

I have been a patient at this GP for the last 5 years, I haven't had any good experience with them,Today I had appointment with Dr Mio Kwan, she was very rude, when I told her about my health, she started to laugh mockingly and she said what do want me to do for you? when I asked her why you are laughing, she asked me to leave the room.This was very cruel and rude ever seen from a Doctor. Even I spoke to Manager (Samra Gillani ) and manager was supporting her own doctor.Please do not go to this GP, I never seen a respect from their doctors.

I am a new registered client, and I am very happy with Ms Pipi in the Reception. She was very helpful during the whole registration process and her sincere welcoming and vital assistance was remarkable and very appreciated. I didn't have any experience with the medical / doctor's services so far.

Pointless. Can never get through, phone always engaged. Even once getting through told there no appointments and told to call the next day and then have to go the same thing again. Worst run GP i have been too.

The new building has very poor acoustics in the reception / waiting room area. Not very well organised, and some inefficiencies / gaps in knowledge of clinicians.

Honestly, shockingly bad.This practice has been my go to since i was 3.Has helped me through a lot really, but lately, and since covid, has operated as though patient care isn't that important.Recently had a plethora of health issues, only one has been addressed... and the others put down to irrelevant things with no real help or assessment. How do you know that's 100% it when you can't be bothered to book me in and check me over...?There is no reason why doctors should be telephone triaging patients anymore. Nor doing phone consultations to decide whose serious to have a face to face apt with.Covid is not a substantial reason to keep this practice in place. You're a doctors practice, act like one.The newest receptionist, anu i think, is rude and challenging and i avoid her at all costs... Id much rather speak to Rosemary who is always lovely. To me, anyway.Just because the practice is undergoing a new look, doesn't mean the service has to slide.I will also be making a complaint to the practice manager about health concerns and blatant avoidance of tying to get them reviewed.If i could give you no stars, i would.Dr landi was an asset to this practice, and without her i feel that Circle is just going to get worse.Work it out, fix up and take note.

My family has been with The Circle Practice for 23 years and I have not been disappointed once!Ive recently been diagnosed with a certain condition where I needed blood tests regularly and make appointments for GP consultations.I want to praise all staff who are extremely helpful, polite and kind. Dr Alvarez my favourite! Dr Tam and Dr Allright are always very professional too.Rainu, the morning appointments secretary has recently been super helpful in arranging asap blood tests and gp appts.The 2 nurses who take blood are amazing! Highly experienced. Dipika takes my bloods and never do I feel nervous nor any pain!Im very happy and satisfied with the Practice.

Such a inhuman practice place im registered into circle practice.Last week on tuesday called to book an appintment.. they said call on next Monday to book an Appointment.. i dont understand while you are speaking over the phone if you just check for availability. Most of the staff speak rudely like they doing favour to you to pick up the call.

i spent a whole of 25mins on call to get an appointment only to be told hold on receptionist comes back after 10mins says sorry we don?t have any appointments. Call tomorrow?s!! I had just lost my son my husband fell had brain surgery no help in any form or way. It took me two months before I could speak to the doctor and inform her I had lost my son who was a patient of this doctor. Receptionist kept fobbing me off. Sorry we can?t let you speak to dr. Ridiculous!! I?ve had no joy in getting an appointment six months after my husband surgery!! This practice needs to get a grip on their ways with vulnerable patients!!!
