Love this place. Has loads of herbal products and vegan cruelty free products. You can find makeup, sleep products, tea tree products, hemp products, lotions, bath stuff, essential oils, toiletries and loads more. The decor and ambience of the shop is calming and relaxing. Staff are super knowledgeable and very friendly. Definitely check this Body shop out!

I made the mistake of going there to spend my birthday reward. As it is winter, I had gloves in my pocket making them look bulky. I was asked to empty my pockets as they thought I was shoplifting as the only interaction I had with one of the two staff members there. If you intend on browsing and ever make the error of picking up a product in this shop, be aware you might also be accused of shoplifting. Never walking into this store again.

I went this shop twice with in a fortnight.
They tried to sell the unsold products instead filled ran out items. I am very disappointed

The body shop Harrow!! Have been struggling to find product for a flare up on my sensitive skin. Shaz was amazing, knowledgable and patient. Bless her.

Never going to this store again. spent 20 mins in checkout even though I was the first customer in queue. They could not checkout the product kept on shelf. They had to call another store to find the product code, which did not work as well. Because I was in a rush and was buying a gift for someone, I had to spend more in time and money in finding something else.

Excellent customer service!! One of the staff member Mina was very sweet, humble and kind. Not only she helped me through out my whole experience at the shop but she was generous enough to answer my queries. Definitely 10/10 for customer service and products!!

This store of The Body Shop has a refill station too.They have a huge variety of products and even keep on updating their stock.Nicely maintained and at a really nice location.

Staff are ridiculously slow on the tills! As someone with retail experience, they need training on how to work more efficiently. I could hear them creating UNECESSARY small talk with customers paying even though a long queue was forming. After a 10+ minute wait, I paid for 2 items and told the employee I was unhappy about the wait. After that, the employee turned to my mother and had the audacity to tell her she had a nice smile - even though she knew I was annoyed. Talk about diverting the conversation away from the problem. Foolish woman.

Unpleasant experience with a very bored assistant! After I waited at the shelf for someone to come and help me she clearly didn?t like it when I went to the till and asked for some help, even I was the only person in the shop! I paid, I said thank you and she didn?t even bother to reply with anything!
