When in there for a specific item when inquiring with a member of staff he walked straight past me. You can revamp the store but it?s no good if the members are horrible.

Absolutely rubish,I try in this morning to send a parcel return with Evri and I just need some help from staff with this,only 1 guy was polite and try to help me,rest of tell me they don't have time for parcels or thinks like that,I ask for manager and she tell me it s to busy (for real,busy to what? To put some chocolate on shelves?) (Customers first my dear If you know what means to be a manager),after that she tell me it s my fault because have to print label and they don't have time for this ,end of story.No way,end of story?you suppose to be there to help and solve the issues,not just to take a monthly wage,a bunch of unprofessional people in there,hope someone see this and do something.It's 2023,if you are to old to do a proper job just stay home and take pension,it s not necessary to hear your frustration from day to day and "I can't do that" "that's not my job" or thinks like that.Name of Manager (suppose to be a manager) Rijani or whatever.Do something about unprofessional staff TESCO....

Was good until it became tesco express, now its played by high prices, usually understagged and when present they seems undertrained(no offence to individuals) and all the freezers and self checkouts are out of order.

Unfortunately this store has very little choice of products and it is very overpriced for everyday items. I live close by but end up driving to a supermarket further away because its such a rip off

I was at Tesco Express Kenton Lane today at 9:30am i wanted broccoli but the indian staff was standing in front of it when I told him to move niceley he got rude and I also asked the indian staff lady if you got cocopops because it was only £2.00 in offer she said what ever is there is there and then she was so rude and walked away not helped me at all so please I would advise you guys don't go there at all because staff are so rude to us ok. I asked the cashier the date for today she answer me rudely and when I bought the cake I ask her how much was it and when I asked her to if I can change it she throught it in the till then I changed it then I walked off also I will neaver go to that tesco again please guys DO NOT GO TO THAT TESCO AGAIN THANKYOU.
