Poor attitude from staff. I arrived at the wrong branch to collect a parcel. No big deal. The man was rude, rolled his eyes, and repeatedly told me where I needed to go(I knew where the other branch was), but he overtalked any questions I had. Poor customer service at its best.

So this morning at around 9:05 I went to this tesco and I saw an incident a lady in the store wanted to take the meal and she unknowingly added cheese twist not knowing that it is not a part of a meal deal. So the manager lady with specs she said to that lady at self checkout very rudely that you people don't read properly the stickers and now it will go waste I can't keep it back and that lady was almost embarassed and teary I mean she could have said politely i mean who made her manager when she is into customer service and doesn't know how to talk with customers. Imagine u going on your work in the morning and someone spoil your day like this. And she was rude to me as well when I asked her a question. The other lady from some South indian part I think was polite and humble but this manager lady is so rude and arrogant I don't think I won't to go back to this store again where people are not respected.

While ago, One of the male staff (Indian) was very rude to me for no reason when I asked him very politely. It really baffled me.

I went to buy sugar in Tesco. There was an employee named Cristina. She was very rude and she was being a big time racist. She did not have any customer service experience and no manners to begin with. Most rude and most inefficient employee.

Worst costumer service by short blonde lady i needed a refund because I accidentally used a different card at the self checkout DID NOT REFUND ME plus she was telling me repeatedly ? U already used the card whats the problem ?

Last time I'm going to this place. Got asked for ID for a meal deal with a monster. I'm 40 years old stupid woman at the counter. Whilst refusing to serve me as I don't have ID for a can of monster she continues to serve others without asking them for ID for alcohol and tobacco.
