Horrible customer service.
I bought two items from Tesco but I have to return them for that I went to customer care. Lady name Snehal served me when she was taking my items back and issued my refund so pricing wasn't matching so I asked her just give me explanation and just bcoz my husband also working in Tesco I have family colleague club card with me she seen , so when I asked her to explanation deference so instead of explaining me she said working in Tesco you supposed to know all the role and regulations. So if my husband work in Tesco why do I have to know rules and regulations? Then I asked for store manager them Mr sahil came he clear my doubts and shorted out for me.
Staff snehal infront of me whisper in other staff ear so they both were looking me and laughing.
So plz teach snehal how to give costumer service at least not speck in own language and make awkward for customer...
What is her job role as well . She don't have right to ask me rules and regulation. I made verbal complain to Mr sahil about incident so I don't know he has take further action or not.
But Mr sahil is very nic manger.

I went into tesco this morning before i started work around 8.00 a.m . I did a bit of shopping and noticed a diffuser , all other fragrances were priced at £8.50 but this one was reduced to £4 so i bought one , went to pay and charged £8.50 i mentioned to the cashier that this one had price of £4 whereas others were normal price of £8.50 she told me i had to go customer services which was in front of the till i used.
The lady there didnt have a clue of who
was doing the role to check the prices and was shouting from one colleague to another well 5 min later she found someone still shouting from across the store to check the price . We both saw him moving the diffusers across so clearly they were placed in the wrong place or price was placed in the wrong place, he than shouted across it £8.50, so i asked for refund.
I used my debit card to pay and used my debit card to refund back and only was refunded £7.46 . I queried this and told its company policy and head office instructions to deduct so you wont get full refund.
I was in the store wrong pricing than shortfull of £1.04 which wasnt even my fault , is this how tesco makes their profit by robbing people when they ask for refunds. Disgraceful service and give 0 stars never will shop again , ill wait for response and will sent in complaint letter and happy to share my experience on social media and local harrow newspaper.
Its not about the money but how can they deduct £1.04 from me when i was still in the store and pricing was wrong .i urge prople be careful if you ask for refunds as you do not get what you paid for back this is how tesco makes their profits by robbing people shame on you Tesco i await for a responce before i take this on other channels.

I'd like to make a formal complaint about members of staff in your Harrow Station Road Superstore branch. Today, during the 2 mintues silence, the two women working at your pharmacy would not shut up talking and instead made it a point to laugh when asked to stop.

I truly appreciate Mr. Sahil, the supervisor at Harrow's superstore. His assistance made all the difference; without his help, I might have misplaced my shopping money, and that would have been really stressful. I?m grateful for his kindness and support.
