The Chinese pregnant lady needs to take an early maternity leave, she is so rude. She had a lot of attitude when serving me for no reason, even when i asked her how much is the bag she got rude to me. I heard her being rude to other customers before me. One customer asked her ?is the perfume long lasting?? She replied in a rude tone ?how am I meant to remember that? wow I was shocked. She clearly hates her job, just send her on her maternity leave already

Superdrug harrow need to do better , I was in the store for couple seconds not even a min or so and already their security guard ( bald Asian Indian guy ) was creeping up behind me looking into my bag as if I was going to steal bearing in mind I had my work uniform on . I went to one of the staff that worked there cause I felt a type of way about it but she went about he doesn?t work for them or so which wasn?t really helpful . You guys need to stop racial discrimination against black people cause not all of us steal and it?s extremely annoying .

The staff at the beauty section have no clue. Very rude. Not bothered to help. They have no testers to try. I would avoid to go this store. The Assistant Manager ( China ethic ) both very rude. She needs to leave her job if she don't like and should not be on the customer service at all.

Pharmacy closes randomly for lunch at 3:45-4:45pm which isn?t stated on website. Travelled 45 minutes to arrived 3 minutes after lunchtime. Will have to come back again. Absolutely stupid system. LIST THIS ON YOUR WEBSITE

I am writing this to share the misbehaving of the staff named KAJAL During my time in the store, I encountered like she was watching like a police. This experience was not only disappointing but also contrary to the high standards of customer service I have come to expect from Superdrug.
I believe that all customers deserve
respectful and professional service, because if the store had any previous experience of suspecting any customer with theft the the store staff cannot show such rude attitude to all the customers. She was following us like we came there to steel. Ms KAJAL if she is doing this for all the customers the reputation of Superdrug will be pathetic.

I had very awful experience from the staff named kajal from the Superdrug branch in the Harrow on the hill. Her face was with such disgusting attitude and was behaving like so rude and demanding to the customers and will not go to this branch again because of her behaviour. Because of this kind of staff?s customers just hate for the shopping

Very rude staff. When I asked her for the help she didn?t respond to me. She continued talking in their Indian language with the other lady staff. But the lady who was serving on the till was very polite and kind.

Walked in store to buy beard sprays. staff eyed me down like i?m a criminal only because i had a tracksuit on. terrible staff and pretty stereotypical. funny thing is i shop every week with them and yet i get stereotyped on my clothes. Had 2 ladies looking at me like im a thief. Don?t bother shopping with them, especially while wearing a tracksuit otherwise 3/4 aunties will be eyeing you down top to bottom.

I normally like Superdrug, however, they seem to like reinforcing bullying behaviour in their staff members. I do not recommend shopping here for a company that supports negative behaviours against customers.

Nobody picks up the phone. Neither at pharmacy not the main reception.
So hard to know if prescription is ready to pick up. Have to go there personally to check if order has arrived only to know that they have not even placed the order yet.Not acceptable for a medication when your life depends on it - like Insulin.?
