Terrible Service - Damaged My Jacket and Broke Promises
I took my jacket to this dry cleaner for a simple cleaning, but what I got back was a disaster. They used harsh chemicals that completely ruined the silk lining of my jacket. When I pointed this out, I was promised they would fix it by replacing the lining.
