Love this place, the cause is great, the staff are great and there are great bargains as most things are £3 or less. Loads of items to look through, so take your time. They sometimes get overwhelmed with donations so don't feel bad if they decline your clothing donation, it does not happen often. The staff are jolly and efficient. Ann is my favourite. There are clothes for men, women and children. Children's games, mugs, hats, handbags, shoes, duvets, loads of knitting wool etc!

After being unable to donate my (good quality and designer) bags at all the surrounding charity shops the team at Sue Ryder were actually happy and thankful for my donation! They thanked me and had no issue accepting the items!
Grateful that there are still charity shops that appreciate people going out of their way to donate!

I had a missed call from this number so I called them back to discover it was a charity shop in Harrow (where I have never been to or visited) lovely person down the phone would shop there if I was closer. I still don't know why my missed call number directed me through to them but I won't complain.

Bleached blonde haired man behind the till needs an attitude correction course. So rude. Decent bric-a-brac in store tho.

£45 for a pair of shoes!! A charity shop is supposed to be cheap but this shop is so expensive out of all the local Sue Ryders in the surrounding areas. Why is this, the people of Harrow don't have money yet instead you are thinking about the £££, absolutely disgusting!!
