I don't normally leave reviews,but this Starbucks is just the worst I've ever been. Always out of stock of most items , especially the season flavours. Dirty, slow and unorganized. One barista deals with taking the orders and then prepares them. This shop is a shame for the Starbucks brand.

Bad experience every time i go in. Fridge is broken, no food available. Place is always dirty. Often get drinks wrong giving semi skimmed milk and cream instead of alternatives asked for. Really slow service. Shame as I usually like starbucks and this is our local one.

Each year I try to buy a pumpkin spice latte and each year I?m told it?s sold out. It doesn?t matter how quickly I try to buy it, somehow it?s ALWAYS sold out. Why? The sticker advertising it is still on the glass but you can never buy it. I?ve tried coming back after a few weeks to see if it?s restocked but it never is. All the other Starbucks? I?ve been to have it in stock it?s just this one that doesn?t somehow?
As others have mentioned before the tables are usually dirty and filled with cups and plates that aren?t cleared away.

Coffees and other drinks, like in every Starbucks, service, well... two girls standing behind the counter and talking. It took them 5 minutes to approach my daughter and take her order. The place was extremely dirty; I've never seen a Starbucks that dirty. Instead of talking, they should have been cleaning the tables and serving customers. I hope this was just a one-off situation and that it was busy just before we got there. I visited this place for the first time, so I can't comment further, but the pictures say it all.

Been in this Starbucks before and usually really nice but today the servers didn?t seem interested in wanting to serve. Couldn?t crack a smile to be honest. Only good thing that the drink was made quickly, but even then no interaction when it was given to me. Really awkward to be honest, won?t bother next time.

This coffee shop used to be great in the past. However lately the coffee shop has become quite filthy, the ambient temperature excessively cold, toilet rolls not available in the lavatories half the time - the overall lack of hygiene is not what it iused to be. Hopefully management will improve things for the betterment of the community.

I am a regular customer and also a partner and i come here frequently, the staff is so rude and disinterested. I asked for a cookies&cream frappucino and one of the guys was so rude with me by passing the drink . Very poor staff
