My experience at Specsavers South Harrow started off on a positive note ? the initial eye tests and checks went smoothly. However, I soon felt that I was recommended a product I didn?t truly need. I opted for varifocal lenses only, but was shocked at how expensive the lenses alone were, especially given the lack of adequate service and guidance. For the price, I expected far better care and product quality.
A couple of months later, the lenses became increasingly uncomfortable. When I raised the issue with staff, they attempted to adjust the glasses but ended up damaging them further. The whole situation became incredibly frustrating. The staff didn?t take the time to understand my needs and recommended something that clearly wasn?t right for me.
Trying to resolve the issue and request a refund was unnecessarily difficult and drawn-out. In the end, I was given only a partial refund, not a full one ? and the entire process felt unfair and poorly handled. I walked away feeling completely disappointed, both by the product and the way my concerns were managed.
I would strongly advise against visiting this branch.

Alisha sorted me out and gave me great customer service and options for my new glasses. Sital is always kind and gives his best shot to sort out any minor repairs/adjustments to your glasses.

Recently I visited spectsaver at North Harrow the staff was cool and calm and the service was too satisfying. I strongly recommend this one is best one

Brilliant staff and brilliant service, I recently had a eye test not having a test for too long, the staff were very friendly helpful and polite, after a hour long appointment I did have Togo back for another test the staff were really nice, so after the test I only had to wait for a week to collect my new glasses, again I had good service. I would highly recommend you get your eyes checked, it?s well worth the hour to have your eye test. The staff were happy to answer questions you may have.

A month or two ago I went to this branch after many years of not needing a test. Was welcomed and taken for test. Following the test everything was ok other than my vision for reading ( close distance). Optometrist seemingly polite told me there is slight deterioration of your sight but we can get you glasses which is normal for your age. I specifically asked are both of my eyes equally weak? To which she replied (lied) they are slightly different. That was the key information for me to buy prescription glasses. I had put my trust and was handed over to the sales person who sold me two pairs of glasses (buy one get one free for £175 all inclusive). Later on I checked that both my left and right sight were equally weak (+1.5). This meant I could buy ready made glasses for less than £10. I feel deceived especially because I actually trusted them. But I was lied to and sold something 17 times more expensive. I suggest clients must double and triple check before buying anything.
