I?ve visited Harrow Specsavers before, but unfortunately this time the experience was disappointing. The staff and optician seemed more focused on sales than on customer care. It felt as though you?d only get attentive service if you were buying frames, otherwise they weren?t very interested. I also wasn?t given a copy of my eye test results, which I would have expected as a basic part of the service.

Really pleased with the service at Specsavers Harrow. The optician was thorough and professional, and the team helped me pick out a lovely pair of glasses. I was seen, everything went smoothly.

I'm thinking of looking for a lawyer, considering that I audio recorded the conversation. I feel like they took me for a fool and tricked me. They told me I got a 2nd pair for free. What's free when I paid 570 pounds. A frame of glasses is 90 (specsaver) and 150 (Hugo). One pair of lenses is progressive, and one for distance vision. The most expensive, being the progressive one. Do the math yourself. Is it free? ...on the contrary, I was fooled because I paid for 2 progressive pairs. Moreover, they told me that after I take a new test I can only keep one pair. Today, August 24, I took the test and they said they can't stop a pair from me. If it's free, why do they say they can't stop it? My advice is to run away from this company. From everyone, not just these ones. I have a colleague who got a defective lens (in another office), and they didn't recognize it. He still has the same glasses because they didn't want to change his lens.

I recently attended my two year review (prompted by email) and found the entire team at Harrow just as friendly and professional as at my previous appointment two years ago. On arrival I was immediately dealt with and after my test was handed over to another staff member to choose my glasses. Everyone was very engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. I brought my daughter to her appointment a couple of days later and she had the same experience. I?m v happy with my glasses and would highly recommend the team in Harrow. Well done and thank you.

I can?t recommend as they are no support to customers only want money i cant feel as they willingly do customer service even good approach.

The overall experience was good. They have a good collection of glasses. Staff are very welcoming and attend you in no time. Would recommend to famil and friends.

The optometrist staff are great - very knowledgeable and efficient, however punctuality is always poor here (I am always kept waiting) and the place comes across as disorganised in terms of the initial meet and greet. Staff are polite and friendly and when I asked one of the staff if they could get me seen sooner (I have been waiting half an hour before my appointment and I needed to get back to work), he did oblige and get me seen sooner. But this is after a 30 minute wait, and I had to ask for this.

A seamless experience for eye scanning and testing, from entry to exit. Staff are genuinely welcoming and friendly, very knowledgeable and let you know what's happening/what to do at every stage. I was in and out within 30mins! A shout-out to the young man who scanned my eyes - he pronounced my full name pretty much correctly, which is no mean feat!! So that impressed me and set everything off to a great start :) Well done to the team at the Harrow branch.

Only interested in sales target and not the customer satisfaction. Staff are rude if you do not buy frames. They did not give me my eye test results as well.

Totally honest review - this particular branch of spec savers is horrendously managed, the staff are all over the place. 2 people took my details and disappeared before a 3rd finally helped me. Honestly these guys are doing the brand dirty and should sort themselves out. Harrow Wealdstone branch is much better.
