Amazing efficiency from a receptionist on Thursday and the doctor I spoke to was very helpful. She then told me to visit surgery to a nurse she was nice and friendly. an atmosphere, clean surgery room when arrived.

Absolutely useless reception service. They ask you to call at 8am which we do and retain our position in the queue only for them to tell us they have no appointments. This happened to me 3 times! Absolute joke, receptionist doesn't care and ask what the problem is but it's none of their business! They should scrap the policy of calling in at 8am for appointments it's a waste of time

Receptionist are the worst one to deal with , it takes long time for appointments and even for blood test report . It?s a joke in this G.P . However doctors are very polite .

You call up for an appointment, they have none, they ask you to call back at 8am the next working day, you do so and they say there?s no appointments? i have been consistently asking for my medication to be put on repeat for MONTHS yet they still have ceased to do so. not only this, every time i call up, i?ll be 1st in the queue for half an hour before the receptionist?s answer the phone. horrific service.

The most rubbish service ever. Very misleading. They book me in for my appointment 11.15 and I got there bit they said no appointment for me and that time was never crossed out.They book me in for 2pm and I get thereReceptionist telling me I'm still on waiting list but I showed them proof of message and told them I will get mad they then said that I will be seen.They even referred me to pharmacy get medication without even checking up on meI could even give these people 0

Do you ever answer the phone? I was caller number 1 for 15 mins on hold and still never got my call answered, I?m so sick of it. I?ve been suffering for a month and I?m sick of not getting my phone calls answered.

Dr. A. Musa is the best doctor by far in the Harrow Area.Excellent service by the doctor!!!The reception staff are NOT GOOD AT ALL!! They will tell you anything to get you off the phone!!! I have waited over a week to sort out my medication AFTER CALLING ON 4 DIFFERENT OCCASIONS and I HAVE A BREATHING PROBLEM ALONG WITH AN OXYGEN PROBLEM!!! I HAD TO CALL OUT AN AMBULANCE TO GET SEEN!!! DISCUSTING!!!If it wasn't for the fact that I have been with that practice from when they were in BUTLER AVENUE, WEST HARROW & Dr. Musa I'd SERIOUSLY consider another practice!!! I AM SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THE RECEPTION STAFF THEIR EXACTLY HOW MANY NEURON'S DO YOU NEED FOR THAT JOB!!!
