The guy never cut white hair before. He thought my head is a lawn or something. He thought the harder he presses the better the haircut is. I got a high pain tolerance but he was going in. Clippers got so hot when I told him he touched it with his hand and it burned his hand..can imagine what my head was like. Gotten haircuts all over Europe and this is by far the worst I've ever got. Save your money better look a little messy or travel a little than go here. DONT SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU.

I got my hair high lightded 2weeks ago. I am very happy with there service. The staff and the owner Adela are very kind and friendly. Me and my daughter always have our hair cut with them. They provide excellent service. Thanks.

I went to this salon as there was no other option.. the salon I usually go to was fully booked, so this was my only option. When I got there, for my daughter's hair cut(please be aware she is 4 years old) there was only one lady, who I think was waiting for me to come. The first thing that put me off was that she was on the phone, and I couldn't tell if she was talking to me or the person she was on the phone with. The second thing was that when she was combing my daughter's hair, this lady was pulling her hair very badly..making my child cry, and even when I told the lady it was hurting her ,she wouldn't stop..I don't even think she listened to me as she was on the phone, having earphones in, talking to someone she personally knows. I understand.. there was half an hour until they closed,they may have been in a rush, but this was a 4 year old child.. I am not experienced as a hair stylist but I'm sure I would have been softer, and so would my 10 year old. Please, Sanam's do not hire anyone who is inexperienced and rude.. and parents, please do not take your children here to cut their hair. You will regret it.. This was the lady who had her hair covered. I had to stop her and take my daughter back home.. very bad experience here

I visited the parlour for waxing and a haircut. I am very disappointed with their services.For the waxing - they did a very shoddy job. Even after informing them during the process that it?s not done properly they were not obliging. The staff were rude on the contrary.The hair cut was even worse. She styled my hair thereafter but left it dry and frizzy. It was a nightmare. I can?t wait for it to grow so I can rectify the damage.It was the worst experience ever. I just got my hair coloured for the first time here, the lady who did my hair was absolutely amazing but unfortunately I?m very disappointed how my hair turned out, it just looks worse than it was tbh, she used blue shampoo to get ride of orange tones in the end and now hair looks patchy, some is blonde some part is brown and some orange, due to not having enough time she just roughly dried my hair for literally less than 5mins, I had to pick up the dryer and I did it myselfServices: Hairstyling
