Product Range & Store Conditions ? Follow-up after 7 Years
Dear Sainsbury?s,
I appreciate the variety of sizes now available for cereals and ethnic foods?it?s a welcome improvement.
However, I?m surprised to see that longstanding maintenance issues remain unresolved. The leak above the fruit section is particularly concerning from a hygiene perspective. It?s hard to understand how food continues to be displayed beneath a spot where stagnant water collects and splashes. The same applies to the wine aisle, where some bottles appear marked by water damage.
As a major retailer benefiting from local communities, surely you can take steps to address these conditions. I sincerely hope the necessary repairs will be made soon.

Usually busy. My only comment is medication on the bottom shelf. Mums have to crouch down and often little fingers help them look thereby re -arranging stock. Nothing stolen.

Very nice store with polite cashiers and a superb range of free from products and a guide to where to find ur items eg aisle 10 - freedom. I think it?d have been better colour coded for sustains like me but it?s handy! Plus a nice inside costa coffee

Terrible staff attitudes. Also, they lied about not having plastic bags (which I could clearly see under the counter) in order to sell me one for 65 pence.

Staff are not only unfriendly but also not helpful. Staff member muttered they're too busy and why people don't get that when I asked for help. Not very efficient, only had one till open at 7pm peak time, even though previous customers suggested to open another one, staff just ignored this

It's my local supermarket but it's so badly run. If you're lucky might be 1 cashier working a till. Or you have to use self checkouts usually rammed with people trying to get the machine to work. Let's face it folks supermarket companies have got us trapped with their free parking. Otherwise I would use small retailers but our glorious councils have made that impossible to park .

It's OK to the extent that it has the essential you need. However it does run out of certain fruit and vegetables. Why really annoys me is that this Sainsbury's keeps moving stuff on shelves around, making it time consuming as you want to do your shopping quickly! Your phone loses its coverage inside in the far corner and if yiu try and use your Sainsbury's app, it stops working!

Easy to navigate and clean, it was quite straightforward, I got what I needed and left. Not extremely busy, which was a plus, and no queue to pay using self service. 5 stars for the lady on the Sushi till.
