Terrible store!!! Employees are too busy mistreating customers instead of doing their jobs. They are arrogant, rude, and don't give accurate information. Your employee left me in line to print, and when it was my turn, she said there wasn't enough time because she wouldn't be able to save every single one of my sheets since the store closed in 5 minutes. But I was already in line, there were four people in front of me, including a woman who arrived after me, who was served, but I wasn't. I will never go back there!

Terrible service. The employee left me in line, a woman went ahead of me, and when it was my turn, she didn't want to print what I had requested because it would be 20 sheets. She said she wouldn't have time because the store closed in 5 minutes, but she left me in line and even went ahead of me. I asked her for 10 minutes because I really needed the print, and she started getting angry and said she couldn't, rudely and loudly, because she wouldn't have time to save each of the images. Terrible, and while all this was happening, she allowed other people into the store even though she said it closed in 5 minutes. If she couldn't do it, why did she let me stay in line and still serve other people? Terrible employee, terrible store.

The lady - who has a T-shirt of ?print shop? delayed me the most, gave me a rude look and despite the fact I was first in queue, she attended other customers & asked the customer past me if she could serve another customer (who?s just come in), felt completely judged and I really feel some women need to work keeping their emotions on the side. The lady knew I was desperate yet waited even more. Such sadistic people. Feel sorry for them.

I had one of the worst experience ever in a Rymans. Normally Rymans is very good and i've had good experience before but this particular store is very poor and bad. The staff there are very rude and disrespectful. I bought a shredder which it clearly doesn't work as intended and is somehow faulty despite functioning partially. I went to return and ask for a refund as clearly my product wasn't working. The staff there was obnoxious and clearly didn't care about customer service at all. They wanted to test the product to make sure which is fair enough but after testing it they blatantly pretend the product is working as expected which was clearly not. They then shove the product back to me and totally refused to offer a refund. They kept arguing that it's working but it's clearly wasn't. Also argued that it has been used so can't accept return which despite only being used for a few minutes I have given the product back in its original box with manuals and everything. well that's clearly money down the drain as i now have a faulty product. not good. Really don't recommend this particular store. The staffs are awful!

I had a great experience at Ryman recently. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They took the time to assist me in finding exactly what I needed and even offered useful suggestions. The service was quick and efficient, and I left the store feeling well looked after. It?s always nice to be treated with genuine care?definitely a five-star experience!

I had worst experience 2 times. Staff is very rude and racist there is one white lady working she was very rude and disrespectful with me she didn't printout right pdf for me she showed me worst attitude this is 2nd time when I had this disrespectful experience because I had no option even she did not printout of pdf I asked to and gave me wrong printout deliberately I do not know why and charged me 5 pounds for 3 pages. When I confronted her she made me feel like garbage I couldn't do anything it was very hurtful. I always go there for printout but not anymore I would rather travel far and get this done but not this place anymore. I am also in customer service this is the worst thing anyone could do.

The store - like any Ryman stores has a great variety of products, however the customer service of the staff is so poor I rather go somewhere else than step in to this store.

I visited on 25 November Ryman harrow to get a copy, the staff was nice but after he gave me the copy he didn't ask me to pay and I forgot to pay. I left the store I was rushing somewhere, and the same staff lie to his manager, they sent me an unprofessional email saying they would pass it to the police Cctv, I responded the same day, I told them it was a shame on them if you wanna get the money you can send bank detail or I will visit back when I got time. I visited this morning, and the Manager spoke to me and told me I refused to pay when the staff asked. I asked her did check the CCTV. She said no. Who sends the email? She said she was the one who sent it. I asked her why you didn't respond to the email I asked you to send bank details. She didn't wanna answer and called security and she said she didn't want me to pay she wanted me to leave the store. What a shame to have Maneger like that.
They are not professional at all, don't visit if you don't wanna experience bad treatment. Shame on you Karen.

Staff is rude! They closed 6pm and I was there 17:42 and the I was not allowed for the DHL service! And even there was a lady doing the DHL postage service in front of me

Try other store. I recently went to Ryman to exchange my gas container for soda stream. Firstly the guy at the till was rude. Secondly, they gave me the wrong gas container, which I found out when I got home!

Would leave zero stars if I could. Exceedingly rude, unhelpful staff with little to no customer service acumen. Avoid this place at all costs.
