Mr Jav use to pick up clothes from my home and brought back. I paid cash.
Recently he ripped my curtain.
Also, jacket of 3-piece suit of my husband, he pressed the pin so badly that i had to cut off the area with scissors.
When I asked him for compensation, he told me he will come back to discuss. It has been a week now and he has not come back, nor returns my calls, nor answers my messages.
This experience has been very damaging and I would like to alert users to be careful.

Very big disappointment!!!! If you want a professional costumer service do not go there. Literally they destroyed the suit and blazer I gave them. It should have been dry clean, however, the put into the washing machine or whatever they have there. It is smaller a lot. Not mention that the blazer has lines after incorrect ironing. I understand things can happened but the owner told us it is our fault and we need to go to the shop where we got the clothes from ?!? We wanted our money back but he said there is no much business, he does not have money. I have never met a bigger lier and scam in one. He said he does not care. Unfortunately, he cannot read labels to know how to wash the given clothes. I do not recommend it.
