Terrible online delivery service.TOOK OVER 2HRS
Ordered via their website for home delievry. After waiting just over an hr I called to check what happened to my order. They said they did not receive it. I informed that I ordered from their website and also paid in full. They then proceed to apologise then told me that they will sort it out and should be with me within 20mins. I waited another hour. I called again and they said the driver just left. I waited further 20mins (it should have taken 5mins) and the manager on phone was rude to me and just kept disconnecting my calls. I called one more time and spoke to another staff member and he mentioned he is the manager. So clearly someone is lying about being the manager.
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE...
After 2hrs 40mins of me ordering is when I received the order.
WILL NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM

We came this evening with my mum aunt, and had to write a review. The food was amazing. The service was great. Grecy was great smiling extra helpful and very polite. Dhruv was also really good at serving us and very polite and helpful .

Hello,
Just want to inform you all, they are taking sitting charging which suppose to be optional, not a compulsory service charge.
So I asked them ok next time I will eat while standing so there is no sitting charge, isn?t it.?
This is pathetic and ridiculous thing.

Fantastic Experience at Ram Restaurant!
I had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Ram Restaurant. From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. The ambiance was relaxed yet stylish, making it a perfect spot for both casual meals and special occasions.
The food was outstanding ? fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we ordered exceeded expectations, especially the pooran puri which was cooked to perfection. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service.
I also appreciated the attention to detail, from the cleanliness of the restaurant to how well the team looked after dietary preferences.
Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy great food in a welcoming atmosphere. I?ll definitely be returning soon!

We recently celebrated a birthday party with a group of 35 people at this restaurant, and it was a truly wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was well-organized, courteous, and made sure everything ran smoothly for such a large group.
The food was absolutely delicious ? a highlight of the evening! The special paneer dish stood out with its rich flavors and perfectly cooked texture ? it was a big hit among our guests. Another favorite was the Puran Poli, which was soft, flavorful, and had just the right amount of sweetness. You could tell it was made with care and traditional authenticity.
The ambiance was perfect for a celebration, and the service was timely and attentive throughout. Everyone in our group left happy and satisfied. A big thank you to the entire team for making the birthday party such a memorable occasion!

I had ordered food in bulk for 15 people. I tried the food for the 1st time. It was really good n yummy. Delivery was on time. Packaging was good. I had ordered paneer, dal, jeera rice, roti n Ras malai. Everyone loved the sweet dish.
