My wife and I had Crab and Lobster Ravioli and Rigatoni Alla Rusticano during lunchtime. Both of us were surprised by the quality of the dishes coz it's well above and beyond the quality of similar restaurant chains. Our common thought was we will surely repeat our visits whereas we no longer visited some other chains. Of course, we also thanked the friendly and attentive service from all dining hall staff there.

Came to Prezzo yesterday evening and had a great experience. Host was very welcoming (unfortunately I did not get his name) but he constantly ensured that everything was up to standard and that our experience went well. Our waitress Diona was also amazing. Lovely and bubbly personality, and made sure that my friend and I were well looked after. Highly recommend xx

Visited mid-week evening for a dinner for two. Had a booking but we turned up 30mins and were thankfully accepted in. Our host was Alina and throughout the evening, she was outstanding - very friendly, smiling and just happy to help. We ordered a 3 course dinner and all courses were 10/10. The starters were bruschetta, garlic bread with onion and cheese - mains were Italian chicken burger and arabiatta and desserts were the best prezzo cake ever (chocolate cake) and an affogato. Would highly recommend.

I want to give recognition to two members of staff I feel deserve it. Fabio & Elina. I come in with my son and they are so welcoming and gracious towards us both. Fabio remembers us and what our usual order is. Other restaurants should really take note of these two in how excellent their customer service is. Fabio is so charming and Elina is kind too. I really hope management sees this and gives them the recognition they deserve.

Pleasantly surprised by the vast improvement. The atmosphere was perfect, food was superb and Fabio made us feel very welcomed! We had 2 kids meals the were perfect, sea bas gnocchi and pinsa buratta which were all perfect. This is a vast improvement from the previous years. Thank you Prezzo for a wonderful time and tasty dishes!

We went to this place after a long time, it has been refurbished and loved the decor. Food was great and lovely to see variety for the vegetarians. Staff was a little annoying as kept asking if all was ok !!

My girl friends and I had a dinner date here last night (kids free) and we can honestly say that we had an amazing time! The food, the drinks, the dessert, the atmosphere, all amazing! Not to mention the fact that we were served by the manager, who pretty much made our evening a lot better and was even kind enough to take pictures of us. Definitely recommend!

I recently lunched at Prezzo at Harrow on the Hill and had a pleasant experience. The location is nice, providing a pleasant atmosphere for a meal. The food, ravioli lobster and special traditional pesto pasta, was consistently spot on, both in taste and presentation. I particularly enjoyed the dishes I tried, as they were fresh and flavorful. However, I do wish the portions were a bit more generous considering the prices. Despite this, the staff were welcoming and friendly, making the overall experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to others!

It's good. Stick to the pizza and pasta
These work and are the better option each time.
There is a superb lemon meringue sweet worth trying.
The malbec wine is also good.and.complements the meal well.
They have had a menu change and its ok kept the standard but as previously stick to the pizzas as these are by far the better dishes.
The service is good, there are new staff who have joined the team and they are very pleasant and professional.

Food was great and the restaurant ambience was good too. Staff & Service was great. Only thing was different staff members were coming at every 10mins and keep asking if all ok rather than 1 staff looking after us. This meant we couldn't have peaceful relaxing meal time. Also, they keep coming to remove glasses & plates while one person still eating on the table. So staff need little more training in terms of how not to disturb guests and let then enjoy the family time.

A little last posting here - we visited Prezzo for my sister's birthday a few weeks back. It has been a good while since we've both visited, so here we are!

?Not gonna lie, we did expect the chicken dish to have a creamier sauce with it, but it was a little watery sauce at the bottom.
We did also have a cheeky dessert afterwards, which we both devoured before I realised I needed to take a pic ?
The service was brilliant, and the manager at the time made her birthday super special too ?
