£5 for a Mocha Frappe and a rude attitude to go with it.
I asked the so-called manager if I could have a stronger frappe; meaning an extra shot of espresso in my drink, which I paid nearly £5 for. Her response? A flat, dismissive ?It is what it is. We usually make it with one shot.?
Shocking tone. Zero flexibility. No effort to understand what I was asking just arrogance in a customer-facing role.
If I?m paying for the drink, why can?t I have it the way I want it?
This branch seriously needs a reminder that they?re in the service industry, not doing customers a favour.
Avoiding this Pret from now on.

Terrible experience with a member of staff called tabassum ?..we got accused of stealing someone?s drink . The lady who served us is telling her these ladies have paid for two frappes but still she came running shouting at us on the table saying you have picked up someone else?s drink there were loads of ppl watching this drama. Never will ever go to pret in harrow.

Love this pret . Staff are really helpful and efficient. It gets quite busy but worth the queue. They have seating inside and a few tables outdoors. They have loads of vegan options like the falafel salad box, avocado, rocket and sun-dried tomatoes baguette, dark chocolate cookie and mango granola dessert. They have fruits and crisps on offer too.

Came here last week after 2 years, and glad to see that many ( if not all ) of those who were staffing the place at that time,have vanished . The service then was appalling . I was verbally abused by a young female member of staff ( wearing spectacles ) a couple of times whilst leaving the cafe .
Only returned last week as need to use the convenienced .Everything seems to be fine now ( Pret has the best quality in both food and coffee out of the big chains ) .Would like the place to be open a bit later though . 5pm is too early .

Fresh food, fast service, and a warm vibe. Perfect for a quick lunch or coffee break. The staff are friendly and everything feels clean and welcoming

The reason why l gave 3 stars is because the coffees are too bitter l tried all of them, Matcha is just milk with sugar. The green tea and mint tea is nice food selection and cold fruit juices are nice and fresh. The service is good

I ordered a caramel frappe today, they brought me milk with ice and foame, I took it back and they told me the caramel was Blender, but when I tasted it, it tasted like milk, today the barista was a complete idiot.

My first and last experience at pret moody staff crazy system at till food was mediocre and plain. Would not recommend and would not go back.

Early morning breakfast. Pappacino for the dog. Much better to eat in than order...food is hotter and fresher.
