    £5 for a Mocha Frappe and a rude attitude to go with it.
    I asked the so-called manager if I could have a stronger frappe; meaning an extra shot of espresso in my drink, which I paid nearly £5 for. Her response? A flat, dismissive “It is what it is. We usually make it with one shot.”

    Terrible experience with a member of staff called tabassum …..we got accused of stealing someone’s drink . The lady who served us is telling her these ladies have paid for two frappes but still she came running shouting at us on the table saying you have picked up someone else’s drink there were loads of ppl watching... read full comment
