Do NOT leave your van in the car park here, 8 vans done in one night, receptionist had friends in the lobby with him and suspect he informed people that there were many vans there that night. Staff didn't seem too bothered in the morning.
Safety: Bad area

Good place, good staff, but problems in the room. There seems to be air problems, because there was most definitely mold in the bathroom and the curtains. The sheets and the bed was clean, which is a nice safe haven from the grime. Didn't really stay in the room, closed my bags when I went out because of the aircon smell :/ got a little sniffy afterwards, but I guess you get what you pay for. Not the worst, not the best, but definitely made the spirits go down.

Not the best premier inn but food was good rooms dated but tidy should not have to pay for parking with expensive rooms

Premier Inn is like every other, pretty standard. The building layout is baizarre and complicated, but there are signs. Breakfast was great, as always. Lost a star all around for Windows not shutting fully, the bar closes at 21:00(!!!!) And the car park is very tight and awkward to manoeuvre.

Next to train station.
Very uncomfortable to sleep.
Train crossing in every 5 minutes.

Excellent location for the tube into London and Wembley.
Good food in the restaurant next door.
Staff were great, especially Muhammed on reception. He was very professional and enthusiastic. Muhammed answered all our questions, very helpful.

Traders avoid this premier inn!! it has a "secure car park" that you pay for, our subcontractors had their van pealed in the car park and emptied. We thought it might be a one off so stayed again, then last time we stayed there, one of our staff saw vans being broken into. They told the staff someone is breaking into and emptying the vans in the car park right now, so call the police. To which they said, there is no point, and they didn?t even bother calling the police while the crime was happening!!! Thats insane, it?s a fenced in carpark with cameras that you pay for and they couldn?t be bothered to even call the police while it was happening. Terrible, avoid it!

We are returning guests which says it all really. This is a nice value for money hotel with a great team of people who can?t do enough for their guests. Lovely, hot and continental breakfast with plenty of choice. The manager Antonio?s absolutely amazing, and really an asset to the Premier Inn firm. Thank you! Muchas gracias! :)

Great service.

The room I was in, absolutely stank of damp. The toilet and bathroom wasn't very presentable. We have been to many Premier Inn's and this really fell below the mark.
Glenis made our day though, very talkative and welcoming. We'd go back just for her.

Great Service. Lovely rooms as always. Food at the Beefeater was bang on.
Would recommend.

In short, you get what you pay for. The rooms are a nice size with plenty of space to store your stuff and it's in a great location with easy access to the underground or overground. I found my room had this weird smell the first time day but then it eased off over time, and my room was also right next to the train tracks so any train going past was easily heard. The bed was comfy and clean but the curtains were slightly broken at the top, meaning they wouldn't close properly. I was also not provided a remote for the TV? It was no big deal but I just thought it was a little strange. There is air conditioning but it is very loud and sounds a bit faulty and also auto turns off after a while. In the bathroom, the shower head was also a little dirty which I had to clean myself using wet wipes but they provided everything else that you'd need. Also I had to Google how to use the shower as it's not labelled anywhere how to use it. All in all, decent rooms but could probably be cheaper, just be aware it's probably not going to be quiet.
Safety: It feels very safe, alongside the area as a whole. You need to use a key card to get in to the building as well as into your room.

A great find for London! Excellent parking facilities, spacious room, good food at Beefeater next door, and the staff were great! Tube station literally across the road. A big thank you to Mohammed for being so friendly and helpful!

Service was terrible. Over 1/2 hour to be able to check in to the hotel! And we had to stand outside as the reception area wasn't big enough for the amount of people checking in! Thankfully it was not raining The self checking machine was not in service either!
This delay nearly made us late for our concert.
Some rooms weren't ready, they ran out of key cards, I ordered a twin room was given a double, fair enough not an issue but the sofa bed was not made up! I was told there was a lift in the building but when we finally got to check in asked if I could manage stairs, I said not so the room was changed!
The bathroom had hair and muck and is in need of an upgrade!
We had a knock on the door at 9am, and before I could answer housekeeping was trying to get onto the room! Ironic really with the state of the room when we checked in.
The location is just under 3 miles from Wembley which was our reason for staying there, but I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.
There are no vending machines for you to get food or drink, the layout is not ideal either.
