I like poundland,but staff is very rude and don't have talking sense too much attitude mostly Indian staff in harrow town centre Poundland.
They are don't have customers value,I used to like Poundland but now I don't even want to go there.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Station Road, harrow, Poundland due to the unprofessional behavior of a staff member named Priti. My experience at the self-checkout machine was frustrating, largely because of her rude and unhelpful attitude. When the self-checkout machine started having issues, I asked Priti for assistance. Instead of providing the support one would expect, she approached with a visible sense of annoyance. Customer service should always be a priority, especially when technology fails and customers need help. Priti?s behavior reflected poorly on Poundland and turned a simple shopping trip into a stressful experience.

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience at Poundland recently, primarily due to the behavior of a staff member named Priti. I was using the self-checkout machine, and instead of receiving any assistance or a courteous interaction, I encountered rude and unprofessional behavior from Priti.
As I started scanning my items, the machine kept encountering errors, which was already frustrating. When I called for help, Priti approached with an irritated look. Instead of providing support, she made me feel as though I was inconveniencing her. Her tone was curt and dismissive, and she didn't seem interested in resolving the issue efficiently.
When I asked her to explain how to fix the problem, her responses were abrupt and unhelpful. At one point, she even rolled her eyes and sighed heavily, which was incredibly disrespectful. It felt as if she had no regard for customer service or basic courtesy.
Such behavior is unacceptable, especially when customers are already dealing with the stress of a malfunctioning checkout system. Priti's attitude and lack of professionalism left a sour taste and overshadowed what should have been a simple shopping experience.
I hope Poundland addresses this issue and ensures their staff are trained to provide better customer service. Until then, I will think twice before returning to this Station Road, Harrow Poundland.

It's the usual pound shop but you have to be careful as the size of some products are smaller than in supermarkets, hence the lower price tags!
