“Hassle free experience. They have manual and automated counters for shipping. The old man by the automated counters was very helpful. I got my work done 2 minutes which is fast and convenient. It is located near primark inside the mall. I would prefer this store because of the automated self service machines to avoid long queues.”

“Long Elmes cafe( adjoining the post office) is a little gem of a place. The coffee was to die for, Costa Coffee eat your heart out.Egg toast roll was the best I have tasted for a while. “I’ve posted several items from here and returned many parcels without any hassles. I’ve noticed customers have had issues with online prices but the online prices are given by Royal Mail however this is a Post Office so they won’t be able to match these prices. Post Offices offer services from Royal Mail, Parcelforce etc. The opening hours of this Post Office have been very useful so I can attend after work.”

“I can see a lot of people complain the staff is rude but I've never got that. I go there on a regular basis as I send a lot of parcels and they were always fast and helpful, when it comes to parcels at least. I didn't use any other services so I can't comment on that.”
