“I’ve posted several items from here and returned many parcels without any hassles. I’ve noticed customers have had issues with online prices but the online prices are given by Royal Mail however this is a Post Office so they won’t be able to match these prices. Post Offices offer services from Royal Mail, Parcelforce etc. The opening hours of this Post Office have been very useful so I can attend after work.”

“Hassle free experience. They have manual and automated counters for shipping. The old man by the automated counters was very helpful. I got my work done 2 minutes which is fast and convenient. It is located near primark inside the mall. I would prefer this store because of the automated self service machines to avoid long queues.”

“I can see a lot of people complain the staff is rude but I've never got that. I go there on a regular basis as I send a lot of parcels and they were always fast and helpful, when it comes to parcels at least. I didn't use any other services so I can't comment on that.”

“I’ve lived in the area for over 30 years. The collection point for locals used to be on an industrial estate where Westfields now is! I am forever grateful for having it closer making it so much easier and convenient to collect your parcels. The staff are great & it basically serves a great purpose! Thanks!”
