Lazy staff , readying a journal when has customer in front of her. When asked questions do not answer and just sign to you post it ourselves outside. If I want a red box I?ve one in the coner of my house . If I come to a post office because I need something else! Take those ppl who work there and put an ?alexia? wii at least be more polite?

This post office is run in two modes- slow and stop - they severely lack customer service experience and people?s time - they create their own bottle necks in queues build up ? you need to set aside 1-2 hours of your time if using the devices of this post office. The height of rudeness they talk on personal mobile telephone to whoever, whilst your at the counter waiting again to be served snd this is done whilst they on phone ? absolutely rude and makes the customer feel they are intruding on their time.If there was a zero star rating - this is what I would like to award ZERO. They really need to understand time and speed .

The asian lady needs training in dealing return parcel!!Please avoid at all costI would like to make a complain about the post office next to the Preston Road Station with the address 267 preston road HA3 0PUI was returning a parcel for a a retailer Godiva and the Asian lady at the counter told my husband to get a print out of the labelWhereas I had an email from Royal mail to simply show the QR code and the staff will scan the code and print the labelThis is second time it has happened to be and clearly the ladies in the post office need proper training. She wasn't helpful at all infact my husband went to the nearest cyber cafe to get a print out of the lable. she was not even ready to provide a small part of tape to stick the label. And wanted us to buy the whole tape. Whereas this service should have been free. as in first instance the label should have been printed by her after scanning the qr code.

It is freezing in this post office to the point where the staff are wearing hats, gloves and scarves all day to keep warm - this can't be right at all and if I worked there it would be tempting to walk out!

I have always been very happy with the service and the staff. I don?t understand why people are mad and complaining a lot! I think people need to stay calm and be polite and work on their own behaviour first.

The service is excellent here. The biggest issue is there is always people sending money to Europe which often creates the queues, they are unable to read the forms and require assistance! Then get rude to staff. Then claim staff are racist IE IONUT REVIEWDoubt this money is earned legitimately either!

Disgusting service not helpful, wouldn?t even to attempt to scan my parcel because there was no L in the title ??? All post stickers are different but the lady there was just not even attempting it and rude when I insisted I?ve booked this before.Lazy, terrible staff.

Such a ridiculous customer service, very rude staff, lady in the right side big cabin have no manners or way of speaking to customers, so badly poor communication. Very disappointed. Never going again please guys don?t bother go there, you rather go to Kingsbury branch but never go to Preston Road post offices the staff have no manners, no doubt the other lady at the left side cabin she is decent tho.

My friend went today and was treated rudely by the staff! AVOID this post office! Worst customer service ever! No manners! Clearly shows! That?s the staff is uneducated and unprofessional? they made my friend open all the bag even though the item was paid using PPI system!AVOID THIS BRANCH! Go there only if you want to be intimidated?.

Very unhelpful post office! I have never found the staff here pleasant, but I am so annoyed with them today, Saturday. I asked my husband to collect a parcel for me (a pair of shoes I had redirected there via Royal Mail) They refused to give them to him even though his driving licence has the same address as mine) He phoned me to ask me to send a photo of my licence, which I did, but they refused to accept. I'd also sent him the text that Royal mail sent me. I would understand if the said item had been stamped "addressee only", but it wasn't ! I just think he met a 'jobsworth ', full of their own self importance. It is now going to be really inconvenient for me to pick them up and my shoes are going to have to sit there for another week!??

AVOID THIS POST OFFICE! Never have a good experience at this post office even though I regularly post items here. Staff is always rude and always trying to sell the highest and not required postage costs such as ?signed for? even during Covid when postage is not required to be signed for due to social contact and distancing rules. Always rude and bad attitude when serving myself or my family. Will definitely be looking elsewhere to post my parcels as I run a small online business so take trips regularly to the post office as I require proof of postage. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Please avoid this post office at all costs they have no idea how to treat people with basic respect and they also have no manners when dealing with their customers. They always are very miserable and do not know hot to answer basic simple questions about the postage. AVOID!
