Hassle free experience. They have manual and automated counters for shipping. The old man by the automated counters was very helpful. I got my work done 2 minutes which is fast and convenient. It is located near primark inside the mall. I would prefer this store because of the automated self service machines to avoid long queues.

I think a lot of the problems were during covid with more people working from home and a staff shortage due to social distancing being implemented. It's either that or people are on benefits and I didn't notice as I in the city before lockdown. They need to increase staff levels now as there is usually only 1 or 2 desks open plus someone has to be there to release stamps from the machine. Then there's the people who will never understand how to use the machines and hold everyone up! Poor staff have to deal with people like the local traveller women who can't control their children and hold everyone up then security grabs them for pilfering in primark. Then there's rude customers who shout because they don't get what they want and don't understand why because of a language barrier. I haven't touched on those who are two sandwiches short of a picnic! They must be from a different borough and were shifted to harrow by their council. I can understand staff frustration. If I had a problem it was easily resolved and I found staff to be helpful. Hiring more people would help though.

BAD SERVICE...\\nSTAFF REFUSED TO GIVE MY PARCEL THAT'S BEEN REDELIVERED TO THIS POST OFFICE, TO A FRIEND; EVEN AFTER SHOWING THE ID AND 'SOMETHING FOR YOU' CARD.

There should be a option of no star... very short of staff and very rude staff. Just sent me to machines when there is no que and made me confused and then opened their tills for others when it was busy. Try my best next time use other post offices for sure.

Indian lady 50yo aprox needs urgently a training of basic customer service. She has NONE! Please hire people that likes to help... Not people who just stands there offering 0 help. Outrageous the level of not giving a f... of this lady

I am very grateful for having local post office. Yes it?s crowded, yes staff can be helpful but we all should be grateful, service is not closed and we can access and receive our post. Thank you

Easy access from a town centre. What let's this post office down is that the WHSmith if opened way longer. The self service machines could be left in service when the post office is closed
