Lady at the counter lied about postal insurance, cover cost. Pushing the special delivery. (I was directed towards the shop counter- as opposed to the post office desk)

I came on a Sunday and the post office clearly says that it will be open from 9-4pm however when I went there at 9:30 it was closed and then I went again at 11:30 and it was closed again . What a waste of time . Never going to be dropping off my parcel from here again

Best post office around very helpful woman took my number and parcel said they parcelforce might not take it and she will give me a call if not so I can pick it up who does that? Very personal service also very quick and cheerful man always has a joke at the ready great place come here often

Terrible service, woman didn?t know what she was doing. Made me wait 10 minutes for something that should have taken 3 minutes and it ended up not working. Not coming here again.
