Order pizza hut after a long time and we are so disappointed,
Food was delivered 40 minutes from the time slot.
Called the branch twice, first time was cut off second time, was told how busy they were. Really unprofessional.
Pizza got delivered and was COLD. we live 10 minutes from branch.
Pizza was undercooked and toppings not on all slides.
Would never order from this branch.

Awful service and food was delivered 40 minutes late. Called the branch twice, spoke with Danish who was indifferent. He advised food will be hot but it was not. Tried to go after delivery man but did not manage to catch up with him. The Pizza was cold ( we live 10-15 minutes from the branch). It tasted undercooked and I had to put it in the oven. Really awful experience and would never recommend

One of the worst experiences I had with Sudbury Pizza hut.
Ordered some pizzas for the party, the app said it will be delivered in 30 mins. I waited 1hr still didn?t receive the order, when called the store the employees are either confused and can?t give me any answers or they don?t pick up. Called like 10times and no answer at last I ended up with no pizza plus no refund.
Never going to order from there anymore.

I've had pizza hut's pizza earlier as well from different outlet but this was the worst one, I would never recommend this outlet, I'm sorry I had to say this but the quality of pizza was not even up to mark also the box they gave me was also sticked with the sauce from outside by which my whole cloths were dirty

This is the worst Pizza Hut ever!! We had pre ordered and provided a delivery time however they didn?t not even bother telling us it would be delayed. We called them repeatedly and after the pizza being later by more then half and hour the manager would not apologise! Never ever order from here !!
