Kacper at Pizza Expeess harrow branch was wonderful. Lovely with the kids and pleasant to talk to and very helpful. The best server we have had in pizza express in years.

We got here after a movie with very hungry kids. Food came quickly and kids loved it. Ka per was a brilliant help... Realising when food needed to come quickly and watching tables so that the next course was served before we could ask for it

Great food and great service by Kasper. We ordered 4 pizzas and drinks. Nice quiet Friday evening before the movies. Would highly recommend.

The most appalling service ever. They are under staffed on a very busy time. After being seated we were ignored for 20mins. I actually had to ask if there was a waitress to serve our table. Then another the starters came at different times. The children starter were server 20 minutes after ordering but adults hadn?t had their starters when the children their mains. Finally after 45 minutes one adult mains were served. I understand the staff are under pressure but clearly the uber service takes priority over the customer dining in

Had an amazing dining experience at Pizza express ! The food was delicious, the service from our server Miss Zaklin was outstanding very friendly, attentive, and fast?and the atmosphere was perfect. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Terrible experience and even worst manager. We went to our drinks half empty, the other waiter realised that after pointing out and remade it, which still had terrible taste as diluted coffee. After our starter arrived, we were more disappointed as it was cold and calamari was undercooked.. manager excuse was that if we wanted more crispy, we should ask for well done, but that wasn't case as it was simply undercooked. When ordering pizza, we asked which crust is thicker, manager who took our order said romana and then when we asked why we got thin crust she were saying that's what we wanted and she did say it can be only on classic pizza but she didn't said that to us but she said its our fault. Not a single apology for bad customer service and menu knowledge and basic human contact from the manager, she was passive-agressive towards us. Anub (male waiter) is the only one who has any skills and is geniue nice person. The manager was named Sherine (not sure about spelling), and sbe doesn't deserve to be even called to be a manager. Send her to some course with customer service. Btw good think will be name badges for workers.

It?d give it negative starts if possible. Service was disgusting. Left sat for majority of the time waited an hour just for the bill food wasn?t worth the wait. Do not come here horrible choice spend ur money elsewhere. I AM APPALLED. Servers ignored us and had a horrible attitude towards us the whole meal. Dragged a half an hour meal to almost a two hour stay. Find another place to visit. £60 wasted.

The service was sooooo slow. Took 15-20 minutes after being seated to be served. Staff look bored. No enthusiasm and we were just not satisfied. Would not come back again. Very disappointing.

I went to dine in at pizza express in harrow and flrointina was real helpful in taking my order and the chef Andrei was always nice and smiling.
Vegetarian options: Loads of different dishes to choose from.

Great restaurant! With lovely comfy seats in the corners where you can have really good private chats with your friends.
