Very poor service. Ordered today 23/12/2024 @17:41.
The person behind the phone cut the call on me while I was trying to explain that my order was incorrect.
According to him pizzas were correct.
Then that only means quality of pizzas have downgraded! There were absolutely no difference to thin and original crust pizza.
This is my go to pizza and branch (thought it's been a while since dieting) so VERY DISAPPOINTED. Order from another branch

Tried the offer 12pounds any large pizza, is not 12 and is not large, minimum order is almost 14, but no cheap products to top up till 14, then delivery price.. I paid 18 pounds for a medium size pizza, cold and tasteless, no crust, definitely not buying again..what I've ordered and what I've got..
also Papa John's is saying fresh dough is used..I didn't get the fresh dough! I got a frozen dough cut by a machine-processed.

I ordered garden party and immediately called to the store about not adding Mushroom. Firstly, it took 10 minutes to receive my call and he started to give me bullshit excuses like just 1 person is working and we are super busy. When I told him please do not add mushroom he said it?s already done so we couldn?t do anything and if you have any problem call tomorrow in the morning so you will get my manager. His name is Mayank and he is so rude. I think he doesn?t not how to deal with customers. In addition, he used bad words.

Placed an order waited one hour to then have the order cancelled. Called to be advised they tried call multiple times which is a complete lie as not one miss call or text. Reason for cancellation was no drivers yet delivery was set up through uber and driver was allocated after an hour wait to collect. Checked number to ensure it?s the correct one which it is.. so lied about that.. said I would come and collect and response was they never made order. So how could they tell no driver was available if they never made the order in the first place.
Why wait one hour on a Saturday to then cancel if you can?t complete the order for what ever bizarre reason just cancel straight away.. app showed it being backed, checked and waiting pick up
So don?t know which story is a lie as none of the above makes sense to me. Sounds like they just couldn?t be assed to make my order and I have mug written on my forehead to wait over and hour.
We order from Papa Johns on a regular basis.. Well this will no longer happen as may never turn up and so trust is completely broken.

Recently I had very bad experience with Belmont brach staff. Quality of pizza is not good and when I went to pick my order at a time staff behaved very rude while delivering. And it?s not enough they made laugh in between and make me uncomfortable also I was waiting too long. I never recommend any one to go to this shop.

BIG SPIDER IN MY PIZZA!- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BRANCH!
I ordered a pizza and when I got home I found a large spider in it. I called the branch around 8 times but no one picked up.
I decided to go to the branch and spoke to a staff member called Kenil. He said he has made the pizza himself and guarantees the spider didnt come from his branch but I had placed it there. There was no apology or acknowledgement and generally a lack of communication skills.
I asked for a refund and he said he cannot do this through his till. I have emailed customer services and awaiting a response.
Reading the previous reviews there are clearly hygiene and issues with kenils manner which never seem to be addressed. AVOID AVOID AVOID

There is a problem with your staff, brother, if we bring a small bag, they refuse and cancel the delivery. If he wanted a bag, then I brought it, then you have a problem, and even if I immediately brought another bag, he says that I will report it. He can handle and talk well and his nature is very bad and he is a troublemaker and very rude it's not good.
