My daughter went to shop for her birthday. She was shown some expensive charms(90£) and told that they have Unidays discount of 10% on all jewellery items. She managed to pick something reasonable as she was spending out of her pocket money- When she went out to pay The sales consultant said their system wasnt working so they can?t offer the discount ! My daughter could clearly see the communication between the sales consultants that see she picked up the cheaper one !! How ridiculous can this be ! A 40£ charm which would have 4£ discount was not given simply because the floor staff decided not to - even though they themselves informed when she had a 90£ charm on her basket !! My daughter had to pay extra 4£ out of her pocket money - why ???

I am posting to share one of the most incredible sales consultant I have ever come across. I have been served twice by Alisha and there are not enough words to describe how amazing this woman is. She is so extremely friendly, patient, helpful, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make her customers feel comfortable and to ensure that they get to spend as much time when it comes to making a decision on what they?d like to purchase. You can tell straight away that she cares so much about her customers. I can be quite indecisive sometimes, but with Alisha I didn?t feel any pressure to hurry up and make a decision and felt completely comfortable about being able to take my time. Every time I visit harrow I always see if she is in the store if I?d like to pop in for anything because she is truly one of the best you can come across. A genuine person in so many ways which is hard to come across these days.
