I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Paddy Power. Yesterday, I was around £1,500 in profit, with valid receipts and confirmation from the machine itself showing that I had won. However, my receipts have now been blocked, and I?ve been told the matter is ?under review.? When I asked for clarification on what this review entails, no one could provide a clear answer.
This isn?t an isolated case. A day before, another customer who won £5,000 reportedly experienced the same issue. It seems that every time someone wins a substantial amount, there are sudden investigations, technical issues, or claims of short-time bets. But when customers lose money, there?s no review or recourse?you?re simply expected to walk away.
I am giving Paddy Power 24 hours to resolve this issue. I have all the receipts as proof and am prepared to escalate the matter to IBAS and share my experience on social media if necessary. You are welcome to carry out any investigation you deem necessary, but let me be clear: I expect to be paid in full?along with interest if this is not resolved promptly.
