Ordering from One Stop Flooring UK was smooth from start to finish. Their website made it easy to compare different flooring types, and I was impressed by the range of finishes available. I went with a wide plank engineered wood floor that adds so much warmth to the space.
Customer service was responsive and knowledgeable, which helped me feel confident in my choice. Delivery arrived on time, and everything was well-packaged. I?d absolutely use them again for future projects.

Straight forward to deal with. Challenges with not turning up for delivery on stated day but this was down to issues with the courier selected by the specific flooring manufacturer- One Stop efficiently dealt with sorting and kept us well informed to resolve.

From start to finish, we had an amazing experience with One Stop Flooring. Initial communication was very prompt when requesting a quote, and all further communication and updates were quick and concise. Brady was amazing in answering our questions, explaining lead times and delivery, and was patient and pleasant any time I called or emailed asking for further information. Due to our own calculations leading to a shortfall on boards, Brady went above and beyond to source two matching boards for our chosen engineered wood flooring and gave them to us at no cost to us. As the flooring we used came directly from Sweden after ordering, this was immeasurable in saving us time and expense. I can't praise the professionalism of One Stop Flooring enough, and highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase new flooring for your property.

One Stop Flooring are a great company to deal with. They helped us out of a real problem when our original supplier let us down. They hold a wide stock of excellent products. I made a telephone order and the process was quick, efficient and ?painless?. Very professional they backed everything up promptly with emails. The flooring arrived within 3 days in perfect condition and in time for our contractor to complete the job. It looks fantastic and we are delighted with this transaction. The main owner was serving me and he didn?t deliver on time and he didn?t even call to apologise such a wierd person I have ever seen doing business he doesn?t know how to talk and on top he doesn?t tell you the after sales proceeder that no refund for the door strips . My delivery was not on time and had to pay the builder for sitting idle. Don?t trust the owners words he just wants the money but doesn?t want to provide the good service.

Awful service also sells out of stock products they can?t deliver then leaves you waiting for a refund, had to cancel my fitter because of it.

I?m delighted with my new Boen ash wood engineered flooring. It looks very elegant and is easy to clean. The One Stop Flooring is a great company to deal with and keeps the customer informed of the order?s progress. Their prices are also very competitive. It can take a few weeks to manufacture the flooring in Scandinavia if not in stock in the U.K., but the wait is worthwhile as the final product when installed is simply stunning. I highly recommend OSF as a flooring supplier of choice. It takes a few weeks to manufacture the flooring in Norway but the wait is well worth it.

I was able to park in B&Q. The exterior of the store looks a bit scuzzy but the interior had an excellent display of wide ranging flooring. Delivery was prompt and the driver was very helpful.
