I have been a customer for 14 years and have furnished two bathrooms with materials bought from their shop. They used to be around the corner from me in Monks Park but I have no problem travelling to Harrow to see them. This family run business always go above and beyond to help. I recommend this place because you will receive a very professional friendly an reliable service. We ordered our bath room items from them as they gave as a good price. We had a problem with two of our blue tooth mirror cabinets due to product design fault we bought from them but received replacements quickly and efficiently. I don't think you can go wrong using Olympic for your bathroom requirements.PB

A great store with a wide and diverse range! My wife and I were starting from scratch and unlike the big box retailers, at Olympic we were patiently taken through all options to support our creative process. The great thing about this store is there is something for all budgets, ranges and multiple brands which actually differentiates it from the big box retailers where the range is limited or sometimes just underwhelming or uninspiring. In the end, the refurbished bathroom looks better than expected! This store is a little gem in West London - definitely revisiting for the next project! Thank you Mr Raj, Mr Jeet and Mr Ravi.

Good customer service but I couldn't get much help with ordering jacuzzi tub from them. Their supplier is weird - their machine broke and it will take 1 month to repair it? What kind of business is that?

We bought many things here, many of them were average quality and, as I compared prices elsewhere after, so overpriced. Shopping experience itself was ok, but I'd never come back here again. You can buy same products for so much cheaper elsewhere.

Breathtakingly appalling quality. See attached 2 pictures.After about 6 months, the brown residue in the skimmed surface was i thought due to the #2 , but if you look carefully the same can be seen at the top from the downward flush / ripple from the cistern.Therefore the water has EATEN into the plastic causing the brown discoloration.Cheap Plastic throughout. One would AT LEAST expect the MAIN shank of the toilet to be genuine stone. Its certainly not!Even Del boy wouldn't trade for this.A word of advice, IF YOUR ON A BUDGET, *** DON'T take the kids ****, as they will try and sell you the Jacuzzi near the front of the store which will set you back at least £3000.Asked for a white sink, turned out is not even white, more like OFF- white or cream.If you look carefully at the sink, the basin is a close white , BUT the doors are OFF- WHITE. Rubbish!

Everything you need in one place! Such a huge choice of quality products - we bought our whole bathroom from there and it looks absolutely fabulous. They provided superb guidance is a very friendly manner. We had to return some material, because we had bought to much, and there was no quibbling; we got a refund right away. Much better choice, service and advice than the likes of Homebase, B&Q or Wickes! Thank you guys! You will definitely be getting more business from me.
