I got a new phone but didn't know why I couldn't sign on to it. So I got up early and went to the store saw a nice lady that couldn't answer what was wrong and she referred me to a male colleague who wasn't helpful and told me I would have to contact the manufacturer. He then asked me to input my pass again and tapped something and said your typing in the wrong pin ut should be 6 digits. I then remembered I had been asked to input a 6 didgit code and manged to correct same and the phone worked however if I had not persisted in not contacting the manufacturer as this was a brand new phone and I am not at all computer literate that they had to sort it I would not of have had the answer to a very simple mistake by me. I think it would gave been much better if the guy was a bit more friendlier and helpful

Went to discuss a problem with the Manager the lady Manager was not cooperative at all when I showed her some details about my problem she said so what , so what as if she didn?t care
I dont know if she didn?t understand me or actually didn?t care
She Was not helpful at all
Told me to call customer care
Not friendly or supportive
She was like it?s your problem not mine

Very bad customer service rendered from the store manager Urvashi - Harrow town centre ..
I have visited 02 Outlet to procure new connections for my Wife ..
I have existing 02 connection for last 2years..
Time of Visit - 5pm - Outlet
I have enquired about new connections and buy Tablet on contract..
Staffs are not ready to talk ..
Requesting for Id proof immediately ..
Not ready to listen and understand the customer queries..
They are not ready to welcome the customer to sit ..
Look like - they are done for the day ..
Very unprofessional and rude behaviour..
Staff Urvashi was not in mode to provide any services

Amira ??? worst ever. I have 3 business accounts and 2 personal accounts with O2. I
walked in to O2 Harrow at 6.09, there is still 21min left to close the shop. I just wanted to get a new sim for my lost sim. I have been assisted by Micheal, seems like a nice guy but as soon as I walked in Amira has gave him the wrist watch gesture. Micheal suddenly changed and started acting weird and not very helpful. Every single question I asked Micheal she was answering before him and telling me to call customer service and get it done. When I asked her to not interrupt our conversation she yelled at me saying ?I AM THE SUPERVISOR, GO OUT, THANK YOU?. However I have solved my problem with O2 Watford branch. O2 should sack this staff Amira before she ruins O2 brand name and make O2 loose their customers. If you so badly wants to keep her send her to get trained by Watford staff specially Sean. Wish I could give her minus 10*. Ugly customer service

I went to get my replacement SIM card. Waited for over an hour and returned without solving the issue. They do not have WiFi in the store. The staff really doesn?t make efforts to help. The delays made me pay parking ticket.
