Terrible service ! Waiting to collect my order for 40 min and they couldn?t find it . Asked to speak with the store manager and she wasn?t much helpful .They said they don?t know where the parcel is and can give me refund !!! Just ridiculous

Customer services is absolutely bad !
Returned a couple of things ordered online, approached the upstairs till, No greetings just Empty your bag is like being a very communist country! More training need it! Next standard are going down hill, PrimeMark customer services are greater in comparison!
This been happening repeatedly with me and my wife !!! Very strange, if you dont like your job find another one!!
Will never visit Harrow Next again!

Queued for a while at the desk as there was only one cashier and she was tied up with a very long return, due to the customer being awkward, so the line got quite long (people were getting a bit agitated) with no extra staff around to help. The store really needs to rethink its staffing, that said, Ria (the cashier) was brilliant, friendly, and polite despite clearly being under pressure on her own, she alone deserved 5 stars.

This store is the worst store. You have to wait so long to get your parcel. I?m always shopping at next but the service in this store is so slow. It?s also always very hot I?m here and then having to wait so long.

Today on 21/7/25 between 2-3pm I had an awful experience in the Harrow Next store. I was picking up x2 online orders and the screen told me there was an error and the orders were not found. I proceeded to the menswear till where I explained the situation in hope they could manually look for them. A miserable man in a checked shirt served me. No basic manners let alone the slightest bit of customer service in him. He made out that what had happened was my fault and a massive inconvenience. Before I was served by him there were 2 customers in front of me, which he also treated with a blunt and rude attitude. After apparently asking for the world to get the items I had paid for, he came back 5 mins later with them. That wasn?t hard was it?! Get a grip! If you can?t crack a smile, say please or thank you, don?t work in retail! I only shop with next online to avoid people like you.

My local store is excellent. Came down here to stay with a family member. Needed a smart casual shirt for a night out. Went to look and the men?s floor was similar to a charity shop. No standards. Went elsewhere. Considering the price of the clothes, I?d expect the rails to be tidy, and not shopping £35 shirts off the dusty floor. Also nobody at the tills and clothes scattered all over the back. Also noticed the rubbish overflowing in the bins behind the tills.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at this store. After reading multiple reviews, I wasn?t shocked that I wasn?t the only one with a terrible experience. It?s clear that many customers have faced the same issues, yet, shockingly, no one seems to bother improving the service.
When I arrived, there was no staff available to assist me. After waiting, I finally saw a man?Adam?emerge from a room. I asked him where I could pick up my parcel, and instead of a simple answer, his response was, ?Did you read the instructions? You need to follow the instructions.? I informed him that I had read them but needed to know where the machine was to enter my code. He pointed it out, and I proceeded to enter my number.
He then brought out three parcels, but I was expecting four. Confused, I had to waste my time figuring out what had happened to the missing item. When I told him I was missing one, he immediately tried to dismiss me, saying, ?These are the only parcels we have under your name.? I showed him my confirmation email, after which he asked for my customer ID. Even after providing it, he asked me to read it out loud for him. Then he asked for my last name and again made me spell it out?yet still couldn?t find my order.
What shocked me the most was his complete lack of basic manners. He displayed zero professionalism?no greeting, no courtesy, no effort to assist. Instead of saying, ?Could you please spell your name?? or ?Let me check for you,? his tone was cold, dismissive, and almost as if he was giving orders.
I asked him to check inside again, as my missing item should have been there, but he outright refused. It was clear?just as many other reviews pointed out?that he was lazy and simply didn?t want to make any extra effort. Then, after all the back and forth, he finally admitted that my missing parcel wasn?t there. This means he knew all along but deliberately withheld that information. When I asked why he didn?t just tell me from the beginning, he made up an excuse, claiming he was ?trying to find the error? which was a lie since he had done absolutely nothing.
Even when I decided to return half of my items, he still didn?t bother to speak or acknowledge anything. I had to ask him if everything was done before I left. His behaviour makes me question why he even works in customer service if he refuses to do the bare minimum, let alone treat customers with basic respect.
To this day, I still don?t know what happened to my missing parcel, as I never received it. I?m writing this so management is aware of just how lazy, unprofessional, and rude Adam is. I truly hope this feedback results in some improvement because, just like the other reviewers, I will not be returning to this store. And based on how empty the store was, I can see why others avoid it too.

The staff and management run around like headless chickens , no one seems to know whats going on with on line orders . One member of staff even called Next customer services on my behalf while i was there and they hung up on her !

Every time I come to this store I?m disappointed in the miserable attitude of staff. When I?ve collected parcels I?ve been greeted with ?postcode? not Hello can you tell me your postcode please. Simple conversation and manners is all I ask, not monosyllabic.
I only ever come here to collect parcels from Gap. If you were nicer maybe I?d look around your store.

Waited nearly 25min to collect on online order. It would have been quicker for me to look for the item in store and pay for it.
Absolute joke and waste of time. Staff are super chilled too - they kept just saying someone else has gone to find it. All lazy and kept shifting the responsibility to someone else.
