It was 10 to 6pm, closing time is suppose to be 6pm.I work in the city and I was trying to arrive in time from at list 2 weeks, the staff all most dint let me in and then at 5 to 6pm shouting that we have to leave as was closing time, I do understand everything but really bad experience not coming back on this store.

Review of New Look in Harrow Today, I went shopping at New Look in Harrow and had an unpleasant experience at the checkout. When I was paying for my items, I asked if they offered a student discount. The cashier confirmed that they do and asked for my student card. However, when I handed it over, she told me it was not real because it did not have an expiry date. I have been studying at Harrow College for two years, and this card was issued by the college itself. I explained this to the cashier and even offered to prove it using the Harrow College student app, which clearly shows my enrollment status. The app also displays my photo, date of birth, and name, and I even had a class on the same day. Despite this, she refused to accept my student card, which was frustrating and disappointing. After completing my purchase, she asked for my email. I told her I would prefer a printed receipt if possible. Instead of responding professionally, she laughed sarcastically and said, "A student without an email?" which I found rude and unprofessional. When I asked for her name, she refused to give it. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I hope the store trains its staff better on customer service and how to properly verify student IDs.

Recent paid a visit to this branch, with my elderly mother in law , we made a purchase , when I asked for a paper receipt- The cashier said "We don't do receipt it's all digital now !" - With the purchase being for my M.I.L she wanted a paper receipt as it was a gift to someone, we explained we didn't have an email etc- In this case what do we do??
Again she persisted to say we don't do paper receipt..... If you're reading this now anyone as you can imagine an elderly lady not everyone has access to a computer so I explained - neither of us have a computer or email so what do you suggest? Within 2 seconds a paper receipt was issued - Thankful for this yes , however why lie?
We found this experience rude and went be coming back !

This store has amazing staff compared to Uxbridge. They were ready to help and explain especially Bhuwan, Monoara and Pratiksha who helped me with my refund and answered all my questions. Thank you for your patience and your support.

I came in to purchase something and the old asian lady with short black blunt haircut was rude, so I left. Also, there was a queue of 5 people but the staff were standing and having a chat. Poor customer service-they don't want to work! Please avoid.

today, October 22, 2024, my mother's phone was stolen in this store, we immediately informed the store employees and they did not care, the security does not work at all, the service is terrible, as it turned out later, phones are stolen in this store every day and the store management does nothing about it , please do not go to this store!!!

Went to take a dress back that was to small went to the checkout a guy behind the desk didn't say hello or can I help you I said I would like to bring this dress back he said go over they after looking around the shop to see were to go he then huffed and went they put your code in he then walked away I went back to the desk explaining that I didn't have a code she crabs the dress typed the bar code then give dress back and said go find something else then. the whole staff in the shop not one smile not one hello

I would like to recommend this store because their staff is so friendly with nice behaviour i had so many issues with my recipe and refund but they help me a lot and specially miss sulakshna .and their customer service as well really good

Reception staff is not good
She is talking with attitude that she is the boss of the showroom
Because when we buy and there is no tag in the clothes she tell me that we don't sell
And her behaviour is so bad
So don't buy from this showroom, every customer need some respect right
